Overall Experience

All of the Carers have been amazing with Mum. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

We can go away for a couple of days safe in the knowledge that the carers will look after Mum - even when she has "an episode".

I joined AAAHomcare in November 2025. 'Pinch me, I am dreaming'. After 25 years in the care sector, I can unequivically say I am being very well looked after in every sense of the word. This company is definitely in the 21st century; it purchased polo shirts for their staff and large golf umbrellas for their walkers. What more can I say but a 'big thank you' to the management and staff? You are definitely the very, very, very best.

My mam has received excellent care; the main carers, Eunice, Sarah and Millie, have been wonderful with my mam. She looks forward to seeing the girls and has a good rapport with them, and all staff are very professional and provide a second-to-none service.

I came to AAA after a bad experience with another care company. The swap over went seamlessly and I've never looked back. In the first few months I had a variety of carers. However, now I have two main male carers who treat me with such compassion, dignity and respect it is unbelievable! I told the office before that I have run out of superlatives to describe these young men.. I always hope that my holidays clash with their holidays so that the routine doesn't change.
I developed MS 15 years ago and I'm now in the position where three of my limbs don't move at all.. This automatically puts me in a vulnerable position. However, I feel totally at ease when my two main carers carry out. very personal tasks. I don't worry about anything. as they are superb at their chosen career.

AAA has proved to be everything the Social Worker promised and more as well. My husband and I are truly grateful for everything that the company does.

I highly recommend AAA Homecare Ltd. We were really anxious about finding the right care provider for our mother who suffers with alzhimers. We had access to the app which was updated after each visit. This was really reassuring and kept us updated with any issues. The caregivers were excellent always professional, supportive and most of all caring in nature. Look no further than AAA 10 out of 10.

I have joined the above care company. 'Come and join me' and this wonderful company.

It is care in every sense of the word. I am being well cared for, I am happy, safe and feel human - this company is definitely in the 21st century. The carers are carers in my home, they are dedicated, and it is a vocation to them, the crem-de-le-creme of care. The carers are also well cared for and respected by their management. It is truly a flagship.

AAA homecare are fantastic! They treat my family member with care, compassion and kindness. If they are in doubt they always contact a family member making us feel like we are a part of the care, and that in turn our voices and my family member' wishes matter. Every care member that attends delivers care that is personal to the service user, they have fit in to the clients user lives and become not only a support system for us as a family but peace of mind and friendly company for our lovely Nan. It really feels like a team effort. I must say that during many difficult times the management team have gone above and beyond to support us all and we are truly grateful! To what we expected would be such an anxious time introducing such care into our lives has became a relief and we as a family enjoy much more quality time together.

The team cared for my Dad (Ted) who passed recently. Every team member was professional, well trained, friendly and most importantly they cared. Our previous experience with other carers was not a good one. As soon as AAA were responsible for dad's care we experienced what real carers do. Overall Experience

We have just started using AAA and are extremely impressed by their caring staff. Their care givers are skilled, experienced, and understanding of our needs.
AAA were able to sort care out for us fast and efficiently. I have not found such a rapid setup for many years. They responded to our need and helped us quickly.
For me, what I value is not only the wonderful way that the care staff treat my wife and I. But also the fact that the company has a good relationship with its staff. It is obvious that the staff value the company and are valued by it.

As someone who has received care for many years and in several areas of the country. I can say with confidence that AAA is outstanding in the service they provide. A cut above many others.

AAA Homecare is well named! The service provided is A +++.....from the initial conversation over the telephone to setting up a package of care for my dear 89 year old friend. The two staff members in the office are true professionals and care greatly about the package of care their clients receive. Furthermore, the care staff are all wonderful and caring.
The reasons this service stands out above all other care services I have dealt with are the response, knowledge, support and most importantly the care the client and family receive from their wonderful team. The app is fantastic for daily reports and communication. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the team to sort out from smaller queries eg picking up milk to bigger queries such as changes to visit times to accommodate hospital appointments.

This care company, lead by the manager who is extremely knowledgeable in the care sector, go over and above to ensure everyone involved has the best positive experience with them. Thank you

On behalf of my sister (service user) and I, the manager and his team at AAA Homecare have made a huge positive impact on her life.
The difference in both her physical and mental wellbeing now, compared to previous care providers, is leaps and bounds above what it was, and AAA has played a huge role in getting her there. This has been acknowledged by social workers, healthcare professionals and family & friends.
AAA Healthcare focus heavily on person centred care and offer a modern solution to their clients with their app, which provides communication, transparency and detailed notes.
The manager and the team at AAA are making real, long lasting positive changes in the community and My sister is a prime example of this.

We will forever be grateful for them for all their help and support. An above and beyond kind of care provider.
