I joined AAAHomcare in November 2025. 'Pinch me, I am dreaming'. After 25 years in the care sector, I can unequivically say I am being very well looked after in every sense of the word. This company is definitely in the 21st century; it purchased polo shirts for their staff and large golf umbrellas for their walkers. What more can I say but a 'big thank you' to the management and staff? You are definitely the very, very, very best.

My mam has received excellent care; the main carers, Eunice, Sarah and Millie, have been wonderful with my mam. She looks forward to seeing the girls and has a good rapport with them, and all staff are very professional and provide a second-to-none service.

We had access to the app which was updated after each visit. This was really reassuring and kept us updated with any issues. AAA homecare are fantastic! They treat my family member with care, compassion and kindness. If they are in doubt they always contact a family member making us feel like we are a part of the care, and that in turn our voices and my family member' wishes matter. Gavin and the team treat you like family. The team and carers are keen to detail and support and stop problems from arriasing. I have know Gavin for 5 years. He has always looked after me well. The team cared for my Dad (Ted) who passed recently. Every team member was professional, well trained, friendly and most importantly they cared. Our previous experience with other carers was not a good one. As soon as AAA were responsible for dad's care we experienced what real carers do.
