From the very start, March 24, we knew AAA Homecare would be the right people to care for my mother who has dementia and who lives with me. The director visited along with a member of staff to discuss our needs. The director answered all my questions fully, while the member of staff talked to my mother and they struck up an instant friendly relationship. Due to my mother's dementia, they have tried to keep the same member of staff for each visit so she does not get confused with different faces. On the one occasion a different person has had to come they visited in advance again to introduce themselves. The member of staff sees to all my mother's requirements and is not in a hurry to leave when I return home and is happy to discuss how my mother has been during the visit. The house is always left in the same tidy condition before leaving. They have been very flexible and adaptable to our visiting hours/days requirements.

All staff are very caring and understand mam and her different needs on a daily basis. Good at communicating and supporting me with being able to keep mam at home. I don't have any hesitation in recommending this company to others.

During the period of the care provided to me, I benefited from the standards of excellence by the support workers. I was always treated with the utmost respect and consideration which contributed to me regaining my strength and enabled me to move on to the next stage of my rehabilitation. My appreciation of their help is a matter of record.

So pleased we discovered AAA Homecare, we were struggling to fill in gaps where our mother didn't have care. AAA Homecare has been so flexible and helpful, we are so grateful. Staff are lovely and caring and they really shouldn't be doing my washing up as well as my mum's, but they do! Thanks to the director and team, great work.

From the outset I was very impressed with AAA Homecare with staff who are very supportive and service is personalised, always happy to respond to our needs and requirements as my husband's health improved. Carers are always punctual, with great communication and the same carer(s) come each time so relationships are strong. The staff are knowledgeable and have great advice about other services. I feel lucky that we have found such a great service and would totally recommend.

I've ticked April for this review but it's for all months since AAA took on the care responsibilities of my mother. I can't speak highly enough about the AAA team. They're doing an excellent job, Mother and her home are very well looked after they don't just go in feed her and clear off, they spend quality time with her. I say they go well above and beyond my expectations. When I visit Mother and one of the team are there it feels like a family member is there.
Nothing is too much for them and when I'm not at Mother's I know I don't need to worry about her well-being. If I could give the AAA team ten stars I would.

Thanks for making my mother happier in her later years.

I would thoroughly recommend AAA Homecare, all of the carers genuinely care for my aunt, they go above and beyond their duties and will do whatever they can to help.
I live 3 hours away from my aunt so the care she receives while I’m not with her is paramount.
AAA are my eyes and ears when I'm not there and nothing is too much trouble, I can call at any time of the day and someone is on hand to sort my aunt's needs.

The app is also brilliant as I can see what time the carer visited and how my aunt was during the visit with a full description of what she's had to eat etc...

Really happy with the level of care given by the company to my mother. They have her best interest at heart and strive to give a good quality of life. They raise any concerns with her mobility, wheelchair, medication etc to myself so we can get her the support required. They go above and beyond for my mother and I wouldn’t want any other company in our home.

The care given to my mam was outstanding.
The manager and staff went above and beyond our expectations.
They made my mam feel at ease and we’re more like family to her than a care job.
As a daughter they made me feel at ease knowing my mam was well cared for and very well looked after and also safe.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a care company that wants to care as it’s not just a job to them.

From the first time we met the director when he came out to work out the care plan for myself and my husband, we felt at ease and knew we were going to be looked after.
The first carer was great, telling us that they were here to help us, not take away any of our independence. Just support us and help when it is needed.
We gradually met new carers and never felt uneasy around them. They would listen to us if we needed to chat and were always there to help.
Can not rate them highly enough 10 stars from my husband and I.

Excellent service provided for my mother who has been quite poorly this year. Nothing is any trouble for two members of staff, and they have really gone above and beyond to help her. We have peace of mind knowing that she gets help in the morning and their cheery sense of humour gives her a good start to her day, even when she wasn't feeling good about herself at the start. Absolute stars!

AAA Homecare is an outstanding company.
The carers are so conscientious, caring and compassionate.
They are also very reliable and dependable.
The management of the company is excellent, going above and beyond what is expected.
My sister and I have been so happy with the care my mother has received, they’ve taken the pressure and worry off, and my mother loves her carers.
We feel very confident that she’s being very well looked after now and in the future, we appreciate this so much.

I highly recommend them.

Very good communication all around.
Good timekeeping.
Flexible to suit clients.
Very reliable and trustworthy.
Could not ask for a better care provider.
I have a visit every day from the provider and they are always on time, great communication if running late at any time. It doesn’t happen often.

The care support offers all help to my needs and support in everything she can.
