From the outset I was very impressed with AAA Homecare with staff who are very supportive and service is personalised, always happy to respond to our needs and requirements as my husband's health improved. Carers are always punctual, with great communication and the same carer(s) come each time so relationships are strong. The staff are knowledgeable and have great advice about other services. I feel lucky that we have found such a great service and would totally recommend.

I live 3 hours away from my aunt so the care she receives while I’m not with her is paramount.
AAA are my eyes and ears when I'm not there and nothing is too much trouble, I can call at any time of the day and someone is on hand to sort my aunt's needs.
The app is also brilliant as I can see what time the carer visited and how my aunt was during the visit with a full description of what she's had to eat etc...

Really happy with the level of care given by the company to my mother. They have her best interest at heart and strive to give a good quality of life. They raise any concerns with her mobility, wheelchair, medication etc to myself so we can get her the support required. They go above and beyond for my mother and I wouldn’t want any other company in our home.

The first carer was great, telling us that they were here to help us, not take away any of our independence. Just support us and help when it is needed.
We gradually met new carers and never felt uneasy around them. They would listen to us if we needed to chat and were always there to help.

Excellent service provided for my mother who has been quite poorly this year. Nothing is any trouble for two members of staff, and they have really gone above and beyond to help her. We have peace of mind knowing that she gets help in the morning and their cheery sense of humour gives her a good start to her day, even when she wasn't feeling good about herself at the start. Emma holds over 3 years of experience in the care sector, with additional experience at the manager level within the retail sector. With this skill mix, she leads and nurtures the team so that they are able to reach their best potential. Each one of our service users is extremely fond of Emma.
Phoebe has many years of experience in the care sector and brings added value to the team. Phoebe always goes the extra mile to make a difference in the lives of others.
Jane joined the service with an extensive career in the health and social care sector. Jane has progressed in to a senior role with us.
Natasha joined the company in 2025 after taking time off to raise her family. Natasha shows a great passion to provide high quality care alongside her passion for developing other staff members.
Mel has a proven track record of providing outstanding care to vulnerable people in the community.
Mo joined us from HC one and is developing his skills within the Finance and Administrative side of the care business. He is continuing to develop in his duties.
Lesley joined the service to provide admin support to the care operations within the business.
Vicky joined the team with an excellent attitude with an extremely caring nature. She aims to please and provides a quality service.
Zune joined our care family without having any professional experience however, holds personal experience in her home country. Zune has gone from strength to strength having the correct guidance from her peers. She is an absolute asset to the team.

Bridie brings a wealth of care experience, both in the community and care homes. Bridie has a passion for providing outstanding care.
