I'm 92 years old and have an arthritic left knee and poor balance generally, so it's too dangerous for me to climb into the shower. I signed up to Sylvian Care Farnham and the person allocated to me has provided excellent care and attention. He is friendly, courteous and entirely committed to my
cleanliness. The atmosphere between us is relaxed with no discomfort or embarrassment. It feels as good as actually having had a shower. He assists me in dressing and preparing to face the day. I'm completely satisfied with the service which is provided with kindness and is also good value for money.

I have used Sylvian Home Care on 2 occasions when I have been away to care for my father, for 2 week & 1 week periods. Claudiu has proved extremely helpful in fitting us into their schedule at short notice, going out of his way to arrange times most suitable for us. It has been the first time we
have had to arrange care so my parents were rather apprehensive, but found the experience stress free and easy, and I have to say a pleasure. If we are looking for care at home again we will always come back to Claudiu & Sylvian Home Care because I do not believe we could find a better service as it is faultless. I highly recommended them.

My husband and I cannot express how wonderful your care has been. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the carer. My husband was treated with great respect and kindness. I would recommend Sylvian to anyone.

I needed home care to support me after discharge from hospital but had no experience or knowledge about where to go. My research suggested Sylvian Care Farnham set the standard for professional care about as high as it could go. I have not been disappointed. My carer is reliable, punctual and always
takes care to agree with me - never for me - what I need from him on a daily basis. The service is based on a thorough assessment before any commitment is made but remains flexible and focused on my changing needs. I was nervous about surrendering my dignity for some aspects of intimate care but it was clear from the outset that they could be trusted to respect my privacy and personal integrity. I am wholly satisfied with the service provided and believe it has been a key factor in maintaining and even improving the quality of my life in what are, for me, very difficult circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone in need of high quality compassionate care.

My son found this company online and told me to contact them. There service is next to nothing excellent. The carers are caring and very knowledgeable and I have not looked back. Prompt I know times and cater the Friday before. Get my bill in at the end of each month

This young lady has not had any formal training in care (she doesn't need it) but she has a wealth of knowledge that she could share (she could do a flyer so she could pass on her experiences).
Very thorough, she does things properly "just about" is not in her vocabulary.

Sylvian took over Mum's care after we had a bad experience with another agency. The carer was a breath of fresh air - efficient, cheerful, kind to Mum, and the office are the same. We then understood how a care agency should be and how much better life is for everyone knowing that Mum is happy and
we have 100% confidence that she is being well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a care agency, they have been an amazing support for the last 6 months.

Sylvian Care was essentially a lifesaver for my Father and the family. We had tried various care companies over the past 3 years but none managed to establish the relationship that our Sylvian Carer did with my Dad. He was suffering from Alzheimer's dementia and would have good and bad days but she
dealt with him gently but firmly and always with respect. This is exactly what my Father needed. She also helped my Mum when dealing with their GP and actioning the medical care Dad required. Our carer become an extension of our family and I can honestly not rate them highly enough.

As the son of an elderly man with dementia I can say with all sincerity that the care provided by Sylvian Care Farnham since they started a few months ago has been exemplary; dignified, empathetic, professional and efficient.

The care, courtesy and professionalism shown to my mother have been excellent and cannot be faulted. My mother genuinely looks forward to her care visits and importantly trusts her carer. I can honestly say the support to enable my mother to stay at home has gone beyond my expectations.
The
communication between Sylvian Care Farnham and myself using the app means that I can keep in contact even though I live many miles away.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs support to stay in their own home.

I am very pleased with the carer. She is friendly and my wife gets on great with her. She makes sure my wife is well cared for and looks forward to seeing her. She is ideal for her job 100%.

The service from Sylvian is excellent from the initial meeting to agree the care plan through to the care being provided.
Always on time, friendly service, you can tell they really care about the people they look after. If you are looking for care in your home look no further.

Sylvian Care Farnham took over care of my son at short notice and has done everything in their power to meet his needs. Successfully. I may add. He had a detailed assessment to begin with and they have provided an excellent friendly, caring, hardworking, and efficient carer to help and support him.
He couldn't be happier, which is extremely important, especially to me as his mother.
Communication is very good showing that they care about their clients and their immediate family. They always manage to respond and deal with any unforeseen need for extra care etc.
They are very caring and professional.
I would highly recommend Sylvian Care Farnham to anyone.
