I had tried various care agencies for my Mum but none seemed to really understand her rather complex and demanding emotional needs as well as her medical ones, Harmonna did and I am eternally grateful. For the first time in a long time I feel properly supported and no longer so alone in supporting
my Mum. The situation had taken its toll on me, my health and my family but at last, I feel I am working with people who actually take the time to understand Mum and who work with me to provide what she needs. Anyone who has been in my situation will understand how wearing it can be. I finally feel that I have found the right people, and that is worth its weight in gold. They are excellent at communicating and adapting to an ever-changing situation, taking the weight off my shoulders. It was a very lonely, scary place to be but now I feel I have people who actually care rather than just provide a basic service. The Manager and her team are wonderful. Thank you.
