The manager goes the extra mile to ensure excellent service for my mother.
They also advise on best practices to help us care for my mother.
Their staff is consistent which helps because she has dementia.
My mother has developed a good relationship with both her caregivers and has a good
rapport with them.
The manager staff are friendly and willing and ready to help in any way.
The whole organisation is supportive and very professional in their conduct.
They wear their uniform at all times and use their aprons and gloves.
We have contact details for the agency so are able to contact them directly when needed.

I have been finding that some of the carers that you are providing would rather sit in my mother's room and confine her there instead of trying to interact with the activities, we do need her doing the activities as this stimulates her mind and keeps her mobile. When we come to see her the carer
wants to be "in her pocket, so to speak"; instead of when mum has family come to see her, leaving her to them, they want to interrupt.
We would like them to get Mum out of her room more than they are doing and if they are given the option to go on a tour, then Mum needs to go. I do hope that this advice and help will be put to good use and that going forward things can only get better for Mum.
