As a family we are extremely happy with the care my grandfather receives from PBT safer care. He has regular carers, that are consistent in the times they visit and the care they provide. They're kind and truly care about my grandfather's wellbeing. Although he has Dementia they speak through things
with him and handle all of his care needs with dignity and respect. When he was in hospital recently and the carers attended to shower him etc even the hospital staff commented that they were some of the best carers they'd seen in a long time.

I used my personal budget to employ a Personal Assistant through PBS. The initial assessment was done in my own home by a manager called Joseann and she was friendly, kind and respectful. She found out what was important to me and wrote me a person-centred plan then matched me with a great PA, who
understood my needs as an autistic client.
The process was much easier than employing a PA myself and after 3 failed attempts to find a good fit, who was able to work flexibly and respect my needs, I wish I'd gone to PBS in the first place!
My PA worked in a way that suited me, both in my home and in the local community, and with her support I was healthier and happier. The only reason I stopped getting care from PBS is because I moved out of Greater Manchester.
They also had a great Christmas party, with good food and presents. I am very happy with the support I received and would recommend PBS to anyone struggling to find the right support in the Greater Manchester area.

Timmy and Abdul were a valuable help to me getting my son Rhys ready for daycare for the last few months. I would like to thank them for their assistance and support. Rhys is now settled in Residential care.

We have been using this care company for the past three years to support my mum, who is bedbound and has severe disabilities, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. The level of care they provide is outstanding. They treat my mum with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion every single day.
The carers are always friendly, kind, and respectful. It means so much to us that they speak Punjabi, as it helps my mum feel comfortable, understood, and less isolated. They also prepare meals that suit her needs and are convenient for our family, which makes a huge difference in our daily lives.
Knowing that my mum is in safe, caring hands gives our family real peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the dedication and support they continue to provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.

PBT Safer Care Ltd have cared for my 90yr old mother who has Alzheimer's since May 2022, initially providing overnight care and since July 2025 providing 1:1 24hr care. From our initial meeting with the Senior Management team as a family we felt a great sense of relief as we knew our mother would be
in safe hands. As a nurse with over 37 years experience in Community Nursing I have witnessed the very worst examples of Domiciliary Care and felt anxious about handing the care of my mum over to Carers, however, myself & my sister had reached breaking point. PBT have consistently provided exemplary standards of individualised care for my Mum, her carers are now like part of our family, we trust them implicitly. They currently go above & beyond what is usually expected of a social care package. I have no hesitation in recommending PBT Safer Care Ltd. In the 3 years my mum has been in their care she has not had 1 hospital admission or fall. This is testament to the care they provide.
