PBT care were outstanding in every area of care provided to our Dear Mum , for over 2 years. Sadly she passed away in March ,but she had always been cared for with kindness dignity and compassion at all times , all her wonderful carers made Mum feel very happy and safe in her final weeks & supporting all the family too . They are extremely well trained & led by Pauline who is an exceptional professional, who treats every client as if they were her own family . We are so grateful & fortunate we had PBT care to support us .

Our family will be forever grateful to PBT Safer Care for the exceptional care they provided to my mum during her Alzheimer's journey and at the end of her life.
A special thank you to Iqra, Shiasta, Ammara, Rosie and Ayesha, who became so much more than carers - they became part of our family. Their kindness, compassion and dedication were evident every day.
As a nurse, I wanted to provide much of Mum's personal care during her final days and hours. The team fully supported me to do this, working alongside me with sensitivity, dignity and respect. The genuine emotion they showed when Mum passed away touched us all. This is not just a job to these wonderful women - it is truly a work of heart.
Thank you also to Pauline, whose compassion and leadership shine through the whole organisation.

Three months after Mum's death, they still check in on our family. Thanks to this amazing team, Mum had the most peaceful passing at home, surrounded by love. We will never forget you.

As a family we are extremely happy with the care my grandfather receives from PBT safer care. He has regular carers, that are consistent in the times they visit and the care they provide. They're kind and truly care about my grandfather's wellbeing. Although he has Dementia they speak through things with him and handle all of his care needs with dignity and respect. When he was in hospital recently and the carers attended to shower him etc even the hospital staff commented that they were some of the best carers they'd seen in a long time.

I used my personal budget to employ a Personal Assistant through PBS. The initial assessment was done in my own home by a manager called Joseann and she was friendly, kind and respectful. She found out what was important to me and wrote me a person-centred plan then matched me with a great PA, who understood my needs as an autistic client.

The process was much easier than employing a PA myself and after 3 failed attempts to find a good fit, who was able to work flexibly and respect my needs, I wish I'd gone to PBS in the first place!

My PA worked in a way that suited me, both in my home and in the local community, and with her support I was healthier and happier. The only reason I stopped getting care from PBS is because I moved out of Greater Manchester.

They also had a great Christmas party, with good food and presents. I am very happy with the support I received and would recommend PBS to anyone struggling to find the right support in the Greater Manchester area.

Timmy and Abdul were a valuable help to me getting my son Rhys ready for daycare for the last few months. I would like to thank them for their assistance and support. Rhys is now settled in Residential care.

We have been using this care company for the past three years to support my mum, who is bedbound and has severe disabilities, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. The level of care they provide is outstanding. They treat my mum with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion every single day.

The carers are always friendly, kind, and respectful. It means so much to us that they speak Punjabi, as it helps my mum feel comfortable, understood, and less isolated. They also prepare meals that suit her needs and are convenient for our family, which makes a huge difference in our daily lives.

Knowing that my mum is in safe, caring hands gives our family real peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the dedication and support they continue to provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.
