Recently started with Fareni following a very sub standard time with another company and I really could not be happier! The levels of care are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The carers are wonderful and treat my mother with the greatest respect, it is a pleasure to walk in the door and
hear her laughing and happy.The team keep me informed on a regular basis and let me know if she needs anything. Certainly reduces my stress levels

Fareni cared for my grandfather. I used the word 'cared' lightly. First full time carer neglected him and safe guarding was raised with social services. This also resulted in the police being contacted. He then had different carers from Fareni that were professional and okay for several weeks. Due
to the ongoing social services involvement and safeguarding concerns the management and carers changed in a negative way. Yesterday I raised a concern as my grandfather was left upset after his lunch call. This resulted in Fareni handing back his care package with no notice. Thankfully social services sorted a new care provider immediately. Concerns that I verbally raised were never documented and management have declined to admit the truth. I would not recommend Fareni to anyone as my grandfather suffered in various ways.
