Our experience has been better than we could have hoped for. The care is for Mum, but Dad is looked out for too. The carers are thoughtful and supportive. Any concerns are always discussed and addressed.

The staff at Comfort at Home Care are without exception kind, caring and professional. I would have absolutely no hesitattion in recomending them as care providors. What a lovely company to deal with.

Following the incident with mum last night can I just say thank for the incredible way in which you supported mum and us as a family when faced with a difficult situation
To be able to just put overnight support in like you did was just incredible and further supports the professional service and
care you give your clients and their families when the chips are down as they say
People are always wary when having to put in support for family members because you hear of such terrible stories it's a complete minefield but we have chosen a real professional and caring company of which we are so grateful for and the ongoing support and care you all show when dealing with her situation and on going health implications is a credit to you all
So again many thanks for the support you continue to give mum and us as a family and we completely recommend this company for all your care needs take care stay safe

Very good service ranging from personal care, washing, cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping, making beds, picking up medicine, booking appointments, assisting with all sorts of on-line communication.

I have tried numerous agencies and was doubtful when given your name to try as I felt that all were the substandard same. But I can honestly say that since the first visit, February 15th, I have to admit that I was wrong, not something I say very often! Everyone who has come from Comfort at Home has
been kind, efficient, helpful and more to the point likeable. They are true to their time for each call and never leave early. They have truly put the care back where it belongs.

My father has dementia and our goal and his is that he remains in the family home. There is no denying that this involves challenges and you need the right support network in place. We have tried a number of care providers and approaches and I am 100% certain that Comfort at Home are a key component
to making sure he can stay at home. They help us beyond the basic care (medicines, meals etc) but also with mental boredom and companionship fish and chips on the seafront, visiting his childhood home, pub lunches).
They are amazing. We have used multiple care companies but never found anyone who truly 'cared'. Since they have taken over his care his mind has been more active and he is happier and there us a marked improvement in his health and mental well being. More attention to personal hygiene, meals. Finally, they help me cope- a good example yesterday Dad was not well and we called them and they swooped in and took over and made the situation less stressful. True Angels.

Comfort at Home Care has been looking after my wife who has dementia and Parkinson's and myself on rest. Since they started my wife has changed a lot for the better. She now smiles which she has not done for a long time before they started with us.

My husband is always happy to see them. The carers interaction with him, talking or engaging him in conversation is really good. He is always sad to see them leave.

Comfort at home supply a professional but friendly service. It is invariable on time (at a time we requested). Personal care is provided (showers, hair wash, help with dressing) daily and twice a day if wife is on holiday. This keeps me in my own home and enables the maximum degree of independence
possible in my situation. The staff have become like friends to me.

We have had the pleasure of having Comfort at Home Care as our care provider since February 2024 and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only do they not provide personal care for my partner with kindness, dignity and respect, they care about his mental welfare. We have the same carers and always
know who and when they will be there, which wasn't the case with our previous care provider, which allows us to build a comforting and trusting relationship with them. They also care about my welfare and provide respite care and help with domestic chores and always do their best to ensure that I am able to make the most of my valuable respite time. In short, they are everything you want, and should expect, from a home care provider.

I work in health & social care myself and am very aware of different agencies around that provide care to service users. I was so happy with the service provided. From the first consultation, the manager was so professional and kind. Timekeeping was excellent and so was the quality of care. I will
be using Comfort at home a lot more in the future for my mum. Thank you for all of your amazing work.

Comfort at Home Care worked with me to put a package in place that is bespoke for my daughter. By meeting with me and my daughter and using a thorough process to get all of the information required we have made sure that my daughter's care needs are now being met.
