The carer was marvellous, friendly and professional. She helped us make sense of the almost non-existent complicated services available and how to get help. She was with us for a short while but made an enormous difference. My Mum liked her loads and felt comfortable and cared for. As a family we
are most grateful.

The care for my Dad was very good and went beyond what I asked for. Dad responded well to the carer and look forward to their visits. I found Right Healthcare Services had useful knowledge and understanding of the council care policy and helpful tips as to who to contact for varies services and
benefits.

Genuine pleasant induction meeting and all aspects of the care to be provided were covered and met. Mum has responded well to the new carers and although her dementia, can at times be challenging, they remain consistent, caring and professional. A true reflection of a well-managed and caring
service, and kept informed every step of the way. At what is a difficult time, they not only embrace and support the patient/client but give much-needed support and reassurance to the family too. I thank you.

From my first contact with the manager of this company I knew my Nan will be well looked after, she assured me she will care for my Nan like her own, I believe her and I must say she has exceeded our expectations, I cannot fault the company and I am glad to finally find a genuine company that really
care. I will highly recommend.

This was our first time using The Right Healthcare Services and I can confirm they are indeed the right care service providers! My mum is usually hesitant with care workers but she was happy with the service she got. The carers are punctual, and the office staff are caring and professional.
