Great experience of Ultra Care. Very caring and passionate carers, friendly, chatty, bending right down to Mums level to talk to her. They let Mum lead with her mood very understanding if she was down and always loved a joke or a sing with them when she was up. Mum was very fond of them all.
She liked Georgina and Albert and thought they were very capable and ran a very tight ship!

I have no complaint about the service provider. From the initial assessment to the daily care provided. On the occasions that the carer is late they usually telephone although each carer has an identity badge. I would suggest that their name is 'clearly' displayed on their tunic.

The carers are very obliging and line up to their name. I have great admiration for them and the work that they do.

I have found the care provided to be of a very high standard. Carers consistently show the utmost dignity, respect care and compassion for my mum. They are always professional taking all aspects of their work seriously. They always appear cheerful and friendly and sensitive to mums needs.
The
management team are helpful and are
quick to respond to my messages on the app offering advice and making suggestions.

Care assistants are very friendly and cheer us up during their visits. All tasks are carried out well and staff pay attention to detail. The only negative comment I have is that timekeeping can be a little erratic.
