Thank you so much to all of the team at Ultra Care, they have provided amazing care with compassion to mum who has dementia. At times it has been extremely difficult for the staff, but they have never failed to provide mum with the time and care she needs.

Great experience of Ultra Care. Very caring and passionate carers, friendly, chatty, bending right down to Mums level to talk to her. They let Mum lead with her mood very understanding if she was down and always loved a joke or a sing with them when she was up. Mum was very fond of them all....

She liked Georgina and Albert and thought they were very capable and ran a very tight ship!

I have no complaint about the service provider. From the initial assessment to the daily care provided. On the occasions that the carer is late they usually telephone although each carer has an identity badge. I would suggest that their name is 'clearly' displayed on their tunic.
