Carers are very pleasant and helpful. Also very patient.
Satisfied with my care by Ultra.
I have no complaint about the service provider. From the initial assessment to the daily care provided. On the occasions that the carer is late they usually telephone although each carer has an identity badge. I would suggest that their name is 'clearly' displayed on their tunic.

The management team are helpful and are
quick to respond to my messages on the app offering advice and making suggestions.
The carers are excellent. Can't fault them. They are very good at their job. Can't say a bad word against them.
All staff are polite, caring and professional at all times.
In a single word-brilliant. Great care and service for a fragile old guy.
Care assistants are very friendly and cheer us up during their visits. All tasks are carried out well and staff pay attention to detail. The only negative comment I have is that timekeeping can be a little erratic.
