Expert support is also available for individuals with mental health issues and learning disabilities, focusing on promoting independence and improving quality of life. Fully trained, DBS-checked carers assist with medication management, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and symptom management.

I have no complaint about the service provider. From the initial assessment to the daily care provided. On the occasions that the carer is late they usually telephone although each carer has an identity badge. I would suggest that their name is 'clearly' displayed on their tunic.

I have found the care provided to be of a very high standard. Carers consistently show the utmost dignity, respect care and compassion for my mum. They are always professional taking all aspects of their work seriously. They always appear cheerful and friendly and sensitive to mums needs.

Care assistants are very friendly and cheer us up during their visits. All tasks are carried out well and staff pay attention to detail. The only negative comment I have is that timekeeping can be a little erratic.
