I think I speak on behalf of Mother and all us siblings in saying we are very pleased with the care Whitehills Care Ltd in particular Gillian and Charity have all shown to Anne.
For us the most important thing was Mother felt very comfortable with you all right from the beginning - it was not an
easy decision for her to accept that she needed the extra help but you have all made the transition seamless for her. You are all very professional, reliable, helpful and kind and she really looks forward to your arrival morning and evening. For us, as her children, it has taken quite a lot of pressure off us and, although we can cope with appointments, shopping etc, during the day, we very much appreciate your help at either end of the day. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending you and your services to other people.
