We've been impressed by both the quality and diligence of the carers and the efficiency and responsiveness of the management of the service. All of the girls allocated have engaged with our daughter and made real strides in getting to know her, understanding her needs and working out how to make her happy. This is the first time that we have felt confident and comfortable leaving our daughter in the care of others for 24 hours and that is making a real difference to our lives. The specialism/ familiarity of the staff with people with additional needs is central to TLS being good at what they do. From the outset the communication and management of the provision has been excellent. Any small issues/ questions have been quickly and proactively resolved by email and by phone.

The service TLS social care are very supportive throughout for my daughter's needs. K enjoys spending her time with her staff. The staff members meet all K needs appropriately.

Very good care for my son who was admitted very quickly and at last minute.Kept me posted all the time on how he was doing. Over the weekend the carers kept him entertained by taking him to places which he enjoyed. Thank you so much for your help.
