After researching many care companies in the area, I felt that Sylvian Care were the company for me. From the initial assessment to agreeing mum's care needs the whole experience has been excellent. Mum was worried about receiving care from a stranger and was really anxious about the whole process
but within minutes of speaking with the manager she was quickly put at ease and by the end of the assessment was chatting away with her as if she had know her for years. The care is exactly what she wants and looks forward to the carers visits. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff we have met are lovely. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Mum has been using this company for her care since November 2024. We have always found the staff to be punctual and attentive to her needs. They keep the number of staff to a minimum who visit so she does not have too many faces to remember and there is a continuity of care. Management are keen
to listen to any change is circumstances and accommodate these changes where possible. So far we have been very happy with the service provided.
