I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I feel like they really care and will take their time to address any concerns. They never trivialise my issues and encourage me to talk through any concerns I may have. They seem a very professional team and I have never heard anyone be rude
about fellow carers which makes me think they work well as a team.
I feel safe with this team and that is important to me.

Mum had a few carers, but now she has one in particular all the time. They both get on very well. He takes her out on walks, and next month they are going to start coaching together. He will drop her off to the coffee mornings to build her confidence.

Great service set up quickly post-hospital discharge for my vulnerable relative. The staff have been very respectful and caring in this first week, so far so good!

The nursing team provided fantastic care to my father. They showed kindness and compassion. They are all professional and maintained my dad's dignity. Unfortunately my dad can no longer be at home but the care he received by the team was first class

I received several visits before this agency started with me, which is very unusual for a home carer agency.
One of the owners of the company has a disability, so therefore understands the needs of the clients. I find them very professional in all tasks I ask them to complete and very punctual at
all my visits. I even get a reminder email sent every week.
I would recommend this agency to anyone.

Superb company. I feel heard, understood and the care is tailored to my needs. They are punctual, polite and very caring. I wish I found this company sooner. I highly recommend them.

I found CareYourWay Weybridge via a free online service, that I stumbled across when I began my internet search for a local care provider. CareYourWay Weybridge were the first to contact me in response to my enquiry, and they couldn't have been kinder, more understanding or helpful. There was no
pressure to commit, and they always made it clear that the whole process would be client-driven.
I chose this care provider because I felt they really understood and genuinely cared about giving their clients the best care possible. My mother has adapted brilliantly to her new routine and she clearly enjoys her carer visits. It's also a huge weight off my mind to know that my beloved mum is receiving kind and practical daily support.
