Care is for my bedridden mother who needs care during the night The carers are very special they treat her with extreme care and dignity. My mother has Parkinson's, Dementia and is a diabetic and is unable to feed her self the carers spend time with her and are very sympathetic towards her needs.
I would recommend them and they are very professional.

Blue Swan Health Care are very well organized and provide top quality care for my father. They have a care plan in place that is worked to meticulously. Nothing is too much trouble and we are regularly updated via email, text or messaged as to any concerns etc. My mother actually suffered a heart
attack at home which she later passed away from, whilst a carer was visiting. Their response could not have been better and the family are comforted by the fact that the carer was there until and after we and the ambulance service arrived.

We had the team from May to July 2024. Always arrived on time with a smile. Treated my husband with care, kindness and respect. The manager was always on the end of a phone to sort out any problems which arose. I even got a 3 hour sit down, which I had not had since January 2024 Thank you.
