The team gave outstanding and dignified care for Mum in her last few weeks which was absolutely priceless.

We are so grateful for the care my mother received at the end of life. The Reynolds Care team headed by Michael has been invaluable. It's a tough job and long hours and they still smile on a daily basis. We could not have cared for Mum at home without their help. Mum's and our wish was that she
could die peacefully at home in the house she lived all of her 87 years. Thank you.

I employed Reynolds Care to look after my elderly, frail mother in Horsell after she was discharged from hospital following a fall in March 2025.
I am extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of their care. Since Reynolds have been looking after her, she has thrived, she is happier
and healthier than she's been for years.
Mum is well turned out, well dressed, well fed and cared for. I can see improvements in her physical and her mental health. I cannot recommend these carers highly enough.
In summary, they have dramatically improved my mother's life, and so mine too.

I am writing this review as I cannot recommend this company more highly. Sadly my father has just passed away but Reynolds care have supported my father since September last year following a stroke. He had the same team of carers that cared for him 4 times a day. One staff member in particular was
a great communicator and was in regular contact with me regarding his care. Another staff member was excellent showing great care and compassion caring for him 4 times a day. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for anyone looking for good quality excellent care. Thank you to everyone who cared for dad I know he was happy and enjoyed the time you spent with him.

As well as being thoroughly professional all the carers from Reynolds care treated my husband with such kindness and compassion. They took time to adjust their care to his personal needs and preferences. They quickly became good friends and it was a delight to have them in our house.

I have been using Reynolds Care Services to care for my 100 year old mother for 6 months and have found their service faultless.
Their attention to detail and cleanliness is exemplary and nothing is too much trouble. If there is a delay to their scheduled visit they always make contact to advise of
traffic problems.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

Reynolds has been involved in the care of my Dad since earlier this year and has been nothing short of excellent. As Dad's health deteriorated they adapted his care package frequently at very short notice and were even able to provide live-in care to meet his needs. When Dad passed they have
continued to support his wife and I can honestly say that their carers are some of the best that I have come across in the Industry and having worked in domiciliary care myself for over 25 years - this is not something I say lightly. Three members of staff in particular and all the Team treated both Dad, his wife, and all our family with kindness and compassion and I will be forever grateful for the support they have shown our family. Reynolds really does care and it shows, I can't thank you enough.

I used the caring services of Reynolds Care, for over six months. I was disappointed to have to cease their use due to moving 200 miles away from Surrey. I found their service to be exemplary.
The teamwork was so thorough and caring. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was so thorough, that
nothing was too much trouble. They were so gentle and never caused my wife any distress and always calmed her.
If there was an unusual, delay to their scheduled visit, they would always make contact to advise of traffic problems. I recommend them for providing great service, in a friendly and professional manner.

Reynolds staff are so kind and caring to my wife, they make her laugh and cheer her up every time they come. They are very observant and notice every little thing that may become an issue and send an email to the doctor if they are concerned. This is a big advantage as I am partially sighted and
would struggle to notice things that may be an issue. They are very accommodating and will always put themselves out to help, even if it means missing their meal break. They are just brilliant and I don't know how I would get on without them. They have been helping us for about 7 months now.
