We live almost 200 miles away from my father who is in his late 90s, with hearing and mobility issues. The Care Managers team are great at communicating with us. They are also flexible if we need to change hours due to other commitments ensuring that Dad gets to his hospital appointments. They are arranging social visits to local community centre as he improves in health. Really pleased with the service.

Overall excellent care provided and value for money. Carers arrive on time and undertake duties as set out in plan. App provided outlines the care that's been provided and management keep you up to date on any issues that arise. A very good level of service

My dad is receiving a high level of care from friendly and professional care givers. They understand his needs and are personable, making him feel comfortable in their presence. Any queries I have had has been received and answered swiftly and diligently. Overall we are all happy with the care that is being provided

The staff at the care company are amazing when they come to my house they are always polite have a laugh they are very respectful they do there job amazing they are very caring ... and if any problems arises they are 100% sorted straight away... I would 100% recommend the care managers company I am so thankful for the care and support they provide

Excellent quality service the carers who looks after mum very caring friendly understands her every needs.showers mum dresses her gets her ready to take her out to bingo. Very caring spot on to identify anything wrong with mum, reports to managers straight away very helpful and understanding. Managers any problems concerning mum we ring them if need to come out the do we sit down and chat they ask any concerns with mum they put her needs first .very friendly easy to talk to any question's need awnsering spot on with awnsers very good advice.well appreciated with what they do and the services they do provide. Would most definitely recomend them to other people who are looking for quality care services.no need to look any futher this company care provider has it all. Thankyou.

Very good service for both continuous staff and also temporary cover staff. Care provided is regular, timely and thorough. Special mention for Toyin who has provided an exceptional service going beyond what was initially expected. Very pleased.

My mother is not an easy person and does not take to many people but we are so grateful and pleased that we are using this company . Mum has had a carer called Florence for the last couple of months . My mum is over the moon with Florence . She is very professional, kind , friendly , bubbly and makes my mum smile and more importantly laugh and gives her a purpose to get up . She looks forward to Florence coming and in a short period of time they have built up a fantastic relationship . Mum trusts Florence and you can tell Florence genuinely cares for mum
