I have had excellent service and a very good carer, who has been very helpful, Kind and respectful. I am recovering from a hip replacement and it has been very important for me to have such good care to speed up my recovery.

We are delighted with the friendly, caring service Primacy Homecare provides for our parents. The staff are warm and friendly and our parents look forward to seeing them. Our Dad has vascular dementia and has turned away carers in the past but the 'Companion service' offered by Primacy has been a wonderful way to introduce him to members of staff with whom he can form a relationship and feel comfortable with further down the line when his needs increase.

We are fairly new to Primacy Homecare but we can't rate them highly enough. They have recently been able to help out with a couple of mums appointments at short notice and nothing is too much trouble. Mum looks forward to her visits from the carers and it has added a new dimension to her week. The staff are kind, caring and approachable at all times and it always comes across that mums wellbeing is paramount . Thank you.

My mother was dissatisfied with her previous care arrangement but the engagement of Primacy Homecare has been a complete success and she is now very happy. The small team of carers provide care that is both friendly and professional to my mother and peace of mind to her family. Primacy have been a god send.

We are at the beginning of our relationship with Primacy Homecare and so far have had three home helpers. We hope the present lady is for the long term and that Primacy do not replace her, for she is excellent.

Primacy Homecare provide daily visits to my mother who is 87. The level of genuine care and commitment to keeping my mum safe and healthy is excellent. Mum has built very positive relationships with her carers and when she says she loves them and that they provide excellent care and companionship, she is not exaggerating. They are flexible and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The owner recruits well and they reflect his passion for caring for others and going the extra mile.

So far we have received exceptional service from the carers both face to face with Dad and all communication from the office team has been excellent. We are very pleased to have chosen Primacy Homecare Ltd and are grateful for all their hard work.
