We are a few months into mums new regime of daily home care. Mum is happy and settled with her carers and the companionship and helping her maintain her social life and other activities is working so well. Now she is unable to drive she can still remain at home but the carers have been great in ensuring her life and activities aren't affected. Communication is also great with the care firm in relation to hospital appointments, and flexibility with changes of timings etc.

We are delighted with the friendly, caring service Primacy Homecare provides for our parents. The staff are warm and friendly and our parents look forward to seeing them.
