I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Bluebird Care Barnsley. The staff members that come to assist my granddad have always been very caring and personable. We can't sing your praises enough!!

Bluebird have been wonderful with my mum. Her carers take her out on Fridays because she likes to go out regularly, and they do little craft activities with her at home that she loves showing off. She's chatting more, smiling more, and genuinely looks forward to their visits. It's settling knowing she's happy, supported, and treated with real kindness. I'm truly grateful for everything they do.

I started with Bluebird a couple months back and was met with continued lateness and people not showing up, and nearly every day the manger had to come because no staff, I was twice sent sick carers when I have no immune system and one of those was right before an operation. When I told them I was moving company's and gave my notice they decided to not turn up and then sent me my regular to try and guilt me the following day. They also had a go at me for not responding to a get well text after I'd just had a surgery, I had one carer come so untrained she gave me raw bacon literally not even put in pan, it was very obvious some of them hadn't had they're official needed training.

A very good care company who I would highly recommend. The girls who care for mum are all lovely. They treat mum like a member of the family. The manager is a thoughtful person who runs a very good company. His communication is excellent and he supports his team very well. There are no issues using Bluebird Care. One of the better ones.

Have had excellent service. Carers have been consistent and good with mum. Communication with Management has been first rate. If care is going to be just a little late they always let me know so there is no guessing or uncertainty.

Very reliable service, the carers are cheerful and since the carer have resumed, I have not had anymore falls which I used to have before. Everyone is polite and very helpful.

When I called Bluebird care, they were very responsive and helpful. They got care set up for my mother-in-law as quickly as possible. We've had the carers for about a year now, and they have been amazing. I am pleased and happy with the service.

I was very unsure about having some care, but it has been a very good experience and I am very grateful for all the care I have been given.. Also, we have all had some jolly times together, which I have enjoyed enormously, all my family have also been very pleased with the service you have provided. Thank you very much.

Bluebird have been absolutely lovely. Really patient and caring, they've made such a difference to my sister's life. We couldn't be happier with the support provided, The carers are not only professional but also kind, respectful, and attentive to her needs.

It's been a great experience for my nan using bluebird care. The carers are excellent and very caring. They look after my nan well. The management team are usually very responsive which is reassuring.

I contacted Bluebird Care to care for my mum while I was away on holiday. I found them absolutely brilliant. They listened to every need my mum required and carried out everything that was asked. My mum loved having them call to help her so much that I've carried on having them when I've returned from holiday and increased the hours. The lady who called to see Mum was brilliant, she took Mum out and Mum loved having her so much, she was waiting for her at the door. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care, very professional care company.

My mom has dementia and they have been incredible in supporting her. The carers are consistent and well trained. We needed care urgently and they were swift to action. Very helpful and considerate as they listen to her needs at all times. Good support system, thank you.

Bluebird Care Barnsley and Glossop has been great for my mum and our family. The carers are kind, reliable, and they treat her with genuine respect and compassion. I've seen her smile more and regain her confidence, which means everything to me as her son. Knowing she's in safe hands gives me peace of mind I can't put a price on. They are incredibly dedicated and caring, making a positive difference for us. They took time to understand our specific needs and ensured we were comfortable and supported all through the process.
