From the first visit, it was clear Bluebird Care focused on more than just tasks. They understood my father's independence mattered. The carers were consistent, kind, and professional, and the office kept us informed throughout. Knowing he was respected and well cared for lifted a huge weight off my
shoulders.

The ladies from Bluebird Care first came to care for my husband in October 2025 and from the first day we were extremly satisfied with the ladies who came and confident with their approach to the job and interest.
Unfortunatley my husband died in November and we were astownded when two of the ladies
attended the funeral.
We would highly recommend their work

We started using Bluebird after some not so great experiences with other providers, and I have no complaints till date. They show up and do a great job every time. The manager is such a lovely lady. She's very responsive to every request and usually keeps us up to date. Their support means a lot to
us.

I really appreciate Bluebird Care. They are always available and willing to help. My mum has built a lovely bond with her carers and is always happy to see them. She has been so much better since they started visiting.

I'm pleased with the service so far, the team is very responsive to any requests and they are usually very graceful. We have consistent faces coming in which helps my mum with her dementia. I must really commend the management team for their communication and dedication.

Bluebird have been wonderful with my mum. Her carers take her out on Fridays because she likes to go out regularly, and they do little craft activities with her at home that she loves showing off.
She's chatting more, smiling more, and genuinely looks forward to their visits. It's settling knowing
she's happy, supported, and treated with real kindness. I'm truly grateful for everything they do.

I started with Bluebird a couple months back and was met with continued lateness and people not showing up, and nearly every day the manger had to come because no staff, I was twice sent sick carers when I have no immune system and one of those was right before an operation. When I told them I was moving
company's and gave my notice they decided to not turn up and then sent me my regular to try and guilt me the following day. They also had a go at me for not responding to a get well text after I'd just had a surgery, I had one carer come so untrained she gave me raw bacon literally not even put in pan, it was very obvious some of them hadn't had they're official needed training.

We do want to reassure you that the issues described do not match our records nor does it reflect our usual practice. If a carer is unwell, we would never send them to a customer. Instead, another carer or a fully trained member of our office team may attend to ensure care is not missed, and this is only when necessary.

Regarding communication, our message after your operation was simply to check in and wish you well as we genuinely care about everyone we support.

All our staff complete full training and competency checks, and we have no reports matching the incidents described.

A very good care company who I would highly recommend. The girls who care for mum are all lovely. They treat mum like a member of the family. The manager is a thoughtful person who runs a very good company. His communication is excellent and he supports his team very well. There are no issues using
Bluebird Care. One of the better ones.

Have had excellent service. Carers have been consistent and good with mum. Communication with Management has been first rate. If care is going to be just a little late they always let me know so there is no guessing or uncertainty.

When I called Bluebird care, they were very responsive and helpful. They got care set up for my mother-in-law as quickly as possible. We've had the carers for about a year now, and they have been amazing. I am pleased and happy with the service.

I contacted Bluebird Care to care for my mum while I was away on holiday. I found them absolutely brilliant. They listened to every need my mum required and carried out everything that was asked. My mum loved having them call to help her so much that I've carried on having them when I've returned from
holiday and increased the hours. The lady who called to see Mum was brilliant, she took Mum out and Mum loved having her so much, she was waiting for her at the door.
I would highly recommend Bluebird Care, very professional care company.
