All the staff show compassion but remain professional and ensure the wellbeing of their clients.

The team have been brilliant with my nana, who has complex dementia. The carers are so kind and patient and really understand her and her needs. They always treat her with respect and make her feel comfortable, which means everything to us.
Having their support has taken so much pressure off our
family and given us real peace of mind. We honestly don't know what we'd do without them and would definitely recommend them.

We were looking for evening support around my work schedule and from the first phone enquiry the team were so accommodating and supportive . They made my dad feel very comfortable and put him at the forefront of their care whilst been flexible with family support .
The staff and management are
very professional and friendly and are committed to providing a 1st class service.

I have nothing bad to say about this team. All I have is good experience from them and feel that I matter. I was anxious about having agency care but I don't regret anything! You usually hear all bad stuff about agency care but honestly I have nothing bad to say. From the bottom of my heart, thank

From my first meeting with the manager I felt completely put at ease, I was very nervous about moving to a care agency but there was honestly nothing to be worried about. The office always keep me updated with which carer is coming and they have all been lovely. As a young woman in my 30's I feel
like the carers really support me with my interests and enable me to do the things that I want to do whether that's pampering myself with a face mask, dying my hair, helping me to care for my dog (she thinks the carers are here to see her!), going to the shops or just chilling out on the PlayStation. CareYourWay have made such a positive difference to my life already!

I'm a 64 old disabled mab after an accident and I've had many carers over the years and these are the simply the best. Also treat me with dignity and respect and very punctual. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Outstanding effort to ensure my mum had the correct care and equipment to be able to carry on with everyday life. And this amazing team still rings to check on our mum. not only is the care impeccable whilst they are happy to help afterwards. They also checked she was ok to get her shopping and be
able to get in and out of the bath on her own. Honestly 5star from start to finish.

We first arranged companionship visits for my mum as her needs were quite low. We just needed someone to pop in on her, especially as I don't live close by. At first, she only wanted a visit once a month, but she's enjoyed the company so much that she now looks forward to weekly visits.
Recently, the bank failed to send out her new bank card, leaving her without money for a while. The team went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed during that time, such as a food shop.
It's incredibly reassuring to know that she's being looked after with such care and attention when I can't be there myself. I couldn't recommend CareYourWay North Manchester and Salford enough. Thank you!

We were recommended by one of my friends and I can safely say I know why. the carers are all amazing. They really look after my Mum, wanting to understand her needs and most importantly keeping her safe i her own home. Mum is loving getting to know them all and tells me what they have talked about
on the visits.
I have also requested a few extra visits, when I have been away and this has been accommodated, which is a massive help to me and my Mum.
We received a lovely afternoon tea for VE day and my Mum loved that.
Would highly recommend.

We contacted Care Your Way, North Manchester to seek support for my Mum. The whole process of meet & greet and paperwork was very efficient and we felt very comfortable with getting set up. From the commencement of the actual daily visits Mum has been very relaxed and treated with the exact level of
care & understanding that we hoped for. The carers are punctual and adaptable to her needs which at this stage are not exhaustive but it's all about building what we hope will be a long term and developing relationship as her needs increase in the future. Highly recommend the company.

The care my mum has been receiving is excellent. The carers are very personable and engaging, and the company is very well organised. Communication is excellent, and the visible adherence to protocols is very reassuring and they're very presentable too! It is a great comfort to know our mum has
their attention, and they are very conscientious about her expectations, and adaptable to variable needs.

Since the arrival of my new carers, my feeling of wellbeing has increased greatly due to their kindness, consideration and gentleness. I look forward to their visits greatly because we play music and indulge in light hearted banter. It is a joyful visit enjoyed by both sides. It has got to the stage
where I now look upon the girls as daughters that I never had. I have become very fond of them. I also have a cat called Socks who they enjoy giving affection to and Socks enjoys their fuss.

The difference that CareYourWay has made was evident within a week of switching services from another care provider. They consistently go above and beyond to not only ensure that physical care is provided to the highest standards but also that laughter, fun and companionship are present at every
visit. The improvements in both health and happiness speak for themselves and nothing is ever too much trouble.
