We were very grateful for the swift and efficient response from Caremark Thurrock when an urgent care situation arose. They arranged an assessment within just a few hours and ensured care was set up for the following day, which was a huge relief.
The Managing Director, was particularly helpful,
taking the time to explain everything clearly and provide valuable information when we needed it most. His support and professionalism stood out.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caremark Thurrock to anyone needing reliable, responsive, and well-organised care.

I contacted Caremark as my grandfather needed some companionship and my mother needed a break from daily visits. John arranged an initial assessment of Grandad's needs. John was great, arrived on time, made Grandad feel at ease and was extremely friendly. John provided good advice on the care
Grandad needed; he also made some suggestions on home improvements. John also helped introduce Grandad to Natalie the carer, I know I can call Caremark anytime to arrange additional visits and for further advice.

The carer was polite and pleasant. However, we found that my husband did not need so much help, only help to pull up trousers and get socks on and maybe do up buttons. There was not enough to do to fill up one hour.

My sister-in-law has needed help in making sure that she has some structure to her day like eating and taking tablets. Caremark has eased the pressure on us by ensuring that she has the care and structure to her day that we are not able to give her thereby giving us peace of mind.

Outstanding. We could not be happier with the service from Caremark Thurrock. My mother's mental health has improved dramatically from the interaction provided by the carers. I would recommend CareMark Thurrock unreservedly and they have been a pleasure to deal with.

Caremark Thurrock were very quick in responding when I called them needing care the next day. They arrived at an assessment and started within hours.
The care given has been very good and my aunt is very happy with the carers, who show great care and love helping her.
She is so comfortable with

We as a family can not thank Caremark enough for their care and comfort to my aunt. She really enjoys their visits and looks forward to them and their company. We do as much as we can for her, but their personal care and companionship is second to none. My aunt has two of her most favourites who
visit daily; however, any of the carers are amazing and I feel they treat their clients as if they are their own family.
