I would like to say I am very pleased with all the carers that looked after my husband, he also was very happy with his care they were very amiable thank you I will be using you again in the future. As my husband is blind it's a little worrying having new people in to care for him but they were
all very professional

Very caring individuals. Took time to get to know Mum. Not always easy because of language difficulty.
Supervisor kept me regularly updated. Helped me out at short notice.

We cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding home care service provided for our dad. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated unwavering compassion, professionalism, and a deeply person-centred approach. They took the time to truly understand who Dad was ¬ just his needs, but his
personality, routines, and what brought him comfort and dignity.
Their kindness and sensitivity were evident in every interaction. They treated Dad with the utmost respect and ensured he always felt valued, right up until his final days. What stood out most was their flexibility and willingness to work closely with our family. They became a vital part of our support network, adjusting their care around what worked best for Dad and for us.
What sets this service apart is how fiercely they advocated for Dad especially the coordinator, She fought tirelessly against the challenges of the adult social care system to ensure he received the level of support he deserved. Thank you.
