Kind, helpful professional carers. My mother in law was treated with compassion, kindness and respect which was an enormous help during a particularly difficult time for my family. We couldn't have done it without Gigi healthcare.

The care provided for my autistic daughter is exceptional. It has been consistent with the same carer to fit my daughter's needs without the confusion of several different carers in a day or week. Personal care provided is dignified and supported with respect and understanding the aid needed and
dressed beautifully. Her bedroom is always immaculate and her carer always tidy up after days activities eg cooking, playing sensory games puzzels, beads etc. Meals are done with a healthy diet while singing and dancing in the background. She's engages with communication not just for the tasks. She has a friend in her carer and we feel like a family although still keeping it professional. I'm very pleased when they go out to disco, zoo, parks, shopping etc because I know my daughter returns home very happy and had a great day. Basically, I know my daughter is safe, fed, clean and happy.

I am so grateful for the care my mother recieved through GIGI healthcare. They showed my mum respect in her home and really listened to her and to me making everything as easy as possible in a challenging circumstance. I really couldn't have found a nice care provider. The care she recieved from
her two main live in carers was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Gigi were excellent in their care for my Mum. We didn't know it at the time, but their live in care quickly had to include looking after my Mum in her final days in hospital. We as a family mostly live far away, so we had to rely on Gigi for Mum's care and we couldn't have asked for more.
Their
interpersonal skills, so important in establishing trust and dignity for my Mum were exceptional. Frequent updates, absolute honesty and plain speaking were much appreciated, but the overall level of kindness towards my Mum meant that we couldn't have asked for more.
A great Care company.
