All the carers sent from holistic were incredibly thorough, caring, gentle, patient and gave my mum the best end of life care I could ever imagine. This was despite them often being criticised by the less than helpful district nurses - who were always full of complaints. If I could change one thing
it would be better communication between yourselves and the district nurses to coordinate visit times because sometimes Mum ended up with 5 visits a day which was too much and too tiring. I understand that is difficult. But I have nothing but praise for the attitude and work ethic of your carers - they were all amazing. Please thank them from me and my family
