It was truly a privilege to support your mum during her final days, and we're grateful we could be part of her care journey.We're especially touched by your praise for our carers , we'll be sure to pass your heartfelt thanks on to each of them. They'll be encouraged to know their dedication made such a difference to you and your family.Regarding the visit coordination and overlap with the district nurses, we completely understand how exhausting that must have been for your mum. Unfortunately, the district nurses operate independently and often do not share visit schedules with us, which can make coordination challenging. However, we always aim to ensure no care is missed, especially at such a critical time.That said, your feedback is invaluable, and we will certainly take this on board as we continue working to improve collaboration with external teams where possible.Thank you
