All the carers sent from holistic were incredibly thorough, caring, gentle, patient and gave my mum the best end of life care I could ever imagine. This was despite them often being criticised by the less than helpful district nurses - who were always full of complaints. If I could change one thing
it would be better communication between yourselves and the district nurses to coordinate visit times because sometimes Mum ended up with 5 visits a day which was too much and too tiring. I understand that is difficult. But I have nothing but praise for the attitude and work ethic of your carers - they were all amazing. Please thank them from me and my family

They'll be encouraged to know their dedication made such a difference to you and your family.Regarding the visit coordination and overlap with the district nurses, we completely understand how exhausting that must have been for your mum. Unfortunately, the district nurses operate independently and often do not share visit schedules with us, which can make coordination challenging. However, we always aim to ensure no care is missed, especially at such a critical time.That said, your feedback is invaluable, and we will certainly take this on board as we continue working to improve collaboration with external teams where possible.Thank you
