I can highly recommend Meadows Homecare. They are punctual, efficient, friendly, caring and hardworking. We can contact by phone or email to discuss any matters and have such empathy towards my mum. She enjoys the company of the people looking after her too.

I cannot emphasise how grateful my wife and I are to Meadows Services. Caring for someone with Alzheimer's is a highly demanding task. We required additional support, and Meadows Home Care provided us with exactly that. However, I must say that they truly went above and beyond. They demonstrated a profound understanding of my mother's condition and ensured that she was engaged throughout the day through activities such as crafting and singing. The carer formed a bond with my mother, and she looked forward to her next visit. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for their help and assistance. I would highly recommend Meadows Services to anyone in need of assistance

Recently changed care Companies to Meadows Homecare for my nan. I cannot recommend enough. The process was easy, the management team made my nan feel at ease through the process. All members I have met have been lovely and I feel comfortable knowing my nan is in safe hands when I can't be there for her.

Used Meadows Homecare more or less from the day the flyer came through the door after looking for /considering getting some help with my wife, who has Altzheimers. Always ready to give a new company a leg up, and what a journey we have been on. All the staff are fantastic, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The young lady my wife has is brilliant, someone who you could call a good friend, she waits with enthusiasm to go out with her. I am kept up to date with what the days out consist off and cannot be happier knowing my wife is in safe hands.

We couldn't have chosen better for Dad's care with Meadows Homecare. The girls are great, friendly and know just how to greet Dad. They provide care for 6 hours a week and every minute is spent doing just what needs doing. They go above and beyond and have supported me when I've been unable to collect medication etc for Dad. Communication is excellent and we receive a weekly rota of who is visiting each evening. Nothing is too much trouble for them!

My beautiful mum has dementia, it's such a cruel disease and a very worrying time for me and my family. But we honestly couldn't praise meadows home care staff enough they are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond every visit. My mum laughs all the time with them both and mum has a routine now which is so good for. Mum we can't praise and thank meadows he care enough.

The team have been really understanding of my mums needs. They have worked at her pace. The team are caring and very friendly. My mum was very reluctant in the beginning and now she looks forward to her weekly visit/outing. The team are very organised and nothing is too much trouble. I am confident that my mum is receiving the highest standard of care and if she needs more support I feel able to ask for more.

My mum has been with meadows homecare since it first opened they are a great care company, an all the girls are lovely an go up an beyond to help my mum who can't do anything for herself with out them we couldn't manage, they are punctual an a very kind an caring team, I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a care company there the best ....

Exceptional Care and Compassion at Meadowcare. Meadowcare has been an incredible support for my mum, who is living with Alzheimer's. The quality of care provided is truly outstanding, and every carer brings such warmth, patience, and expertise to their work. Alzheimer's can be frightening, with moments of confusion and distress, but the carers at Meadowcare have an amazing ability to calm Mum down and bring back her smile. They understand her needs deeply and know how to make her feel safe and secure, no matter what challenges arise. It's never easy entrusting a loved one's care to others, but I can say with absolute confidence that my mum is in the best possible hands with Meadowcare. Every member of the team is compassionate, skilled, and committed to providing not just excellent care, but genuine kindness and understanding. I am so grateful for their dedication. I highly recommend Meadowcare. They have made an immense difference in my mum's life and in mine.
