Just want you to know that since January this year the office staff has not been good as they were not very good in communication skills with me and they have been asking the carers to pass on their messages to me and they have treated both of mums carers very poorly and have not been very good with
us and now after tomorrow morning call we have a new company coming in and it's a really sad situation for us and the two carers as we are very happy with them and they have enjoyed coming to work with mum they will be greatly missed by us

Great service. Staff are always on time, and keep me updated. They are polite, kind and spontaneous and professional. They just need to have wider range of activities to suggest to clients who have more active children to look after.

I am satisfied with the carers they do their best to make the patient happy and keep them clean. They do this with good intentions and carry out a good job.

My mother has been a client of Verity Healthcare for the last 9 months. We have been very impressed with the quality of care and the management has been responsive and helpful always. My mother's principal carer is just excellent, very professional, positive and has a caring nature. All personal
care is carried out to a high standard and meals and drinks are provided at every visit. All areas are left clean and tidy and mum has grown quite attached. The help from Verity has enabled mum to stay at home and it is a great help to me as well knowing she is safe, happy and secure. Could not do it without Verity.

After some initial hiccups everything settled and I have a very good relationship with the two regular carers, they are both extremely friendly, and very caring people. Overall I am very happy with the care I receive daily.

Timing can very but carer informs us if going to be late . By contacting my sister and my mother overall carers are very good and will go the extra mile .overall very happy with service they are providing my mother

Homecare provider has high-quality in personalised care to individuals unique needs. Carer has such a positive relationship towards service user. Grateful for opportunity to have a chat. Normally calls coordinator on usual arriving on time. They do display an opening caring attitude to do things on
board quickly. Sometimes changes staff arrangements on when they coming to visit normally ask questions about job in the company overall experience of the company is communication tell service user if taking transport. Has time to occupy on time management.

The care and help, support, from the designated carer is far above and beyond what I was expecting. He has been amazing. With my physical and mental health problems, I will maintain that a big part of my recovery process has been the help and assistance he provides, for all the things I am unable to
do.

I Can't fault the Care my Mother receives from VERITY HEALTHCARE. I will just say there has been times your Administration does let VERITY HEALTHCARE down.With respect I have nothing else to coment on.
