My experience is of friendship from all staff; duty of care, kindness, efficiency; a welll-run organisation, no pressure, understanding of circumstances, reliability, loyalty, confidentiality. I found the organisation easy to contact. not reliant entirely on IT any more than is necessary. Staff
gave a feeling of security ie that there would be someone "out there" who could help in an emergency. I felt especially reassured that staff would care for my husband's main requirements when living alone and if I were unwell. We are particularly grateful that staff can help in the evenings and at weekends if necessary, which gives us a feeling of support being available.

I cannot recommend East Lothian Care Co enough! We set up an episode of short term care to provide us with support for my Dad whilst on a holiday to the area. It was easy to arrange the help we needed and the team were very accommodating with our required timings then always arrived on time.
All staff were so kind, caring and hard working. The standard of care is excellent. They treated my Dad with such respect, kindness and dignity and were chatty and friendly which my Dad loved! A big thank you to everyone involved.
