My experience of the urban group is amazing. They really have helped to improve my quality of life. I feel safe in their care knowing they are trustworthy is wonderful. I have never come across an caring agency as incredible as the urban group. I am honoured to know the agency.

The manager has been extremely professional, friendly and courteous from the first moment. Arranging an introduction meeting with our 90 year old mother. She developed a relationship with our mother immediately, and is clearly a very caring, empathic and knowledgable person. She manages to be kind
, caring and professional. Our mother is confident to be with her and it is reassuring for us that she is with this care provider. We are new to having to use a care service, however it feels like we couldn't have made a better choice. Have nothing but praise.

The manager provided at-home care to my 94 year old mother. Her main career is working at senior level in care homes.
That mix of knowledge of one to one care and how group care works makes the manager an outstanding carer. My mum had complete trust in her and for good reason. The manager always
offered sound advice delivered with kindness, underpinned by depth of knowledge. She carried out all my mum's care needs.
She would be an asset to any care related situation.
