Serenity Care provided an excellent and reliable home care service for my 92-year-old mother. They were prepared to be extremely flexible on visiting times, accommodating numerous irregular cancellations and changes at the family's request, as we took her to lunch or had the occasional overnight
stop. They were equally understanding and helpful when there was the occasional need for additional help, such as sending experienced office staff to provide comfort and support if urgently required. All staff were caring and kind to Mum and completed their tasks quickly and efficiently. Some went above and beyond to find additional tasks and this is always very much welcomed and appreciated. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend Serenity or use them again should the need arise. Thanks very much for your support over the last few years.

Mum is very happy with the care that has been given to her so far. Every carer that has been in to see mum has been very kind, they have never made her feel uncomfortable or ill at ease. As a daughter this puts my mind at rest knowing she is well cared for.
