This in my opinion is the best care company there is, I would not wish to change companies.

My partner was cared by Alters for over year. During November 2025 team were fantastic, very caring, treated my partner with dignity and kindness. Management team were supportive and very flexible when I requested some changes . I'll be forever grateful to Alters and all carers who helped us last
year.

Since the swap to the new carer, mum has been much happier, able to communicate more effectively & play games. Dad has also appreciated his helpfulness. Mum definitely seems brighter overall.

I thoroughly recommend this Care Agency. The staff were exemplary and cared for my husband four times a day for over 18 months . They were very professional showing compassion, kindness and patience throughout and were honest, trustworthy and caring. This resulted in them forming a very special bond
not only with my husband but with all the members of my family as well.
I have no hesitancy in recommending Alters Care Agency to care for their loved one.

They are excellent at their job and they are very polite and respectful. They also ask if there is anything else they can do. They are always on time and they always make sure my husband is comfortable in bed. We look forward to them coming and we are relaxed and at ease when they are here.
