I am very happy with the care dad gets from April care it can sometimes be difficult to look after dad depending sometimes what sort of mood dad is in. They always do what is required in looking after dad and inform me if anything has changed, this has made it easier for me as looking after dad can be tiresome and gives me more time

I have good experiences with April Care. They provide me with suitable carers and are always available for discussion. I have been a client for over 10 years and although there have been many staff changes over this time, I have maintained a good overall service.

Our family have used the services of April Care for a year and cannot thank the carers and office staff enough for the care and consideration shown to our mother. In addition the prompt attention to any concerns that arise during the visits are promptly dealt with by a telephone call. Nothing is too much trouble for them when changes are needed to be made.

Have managed to change my care needs at short notice due to a short term illness. Always kept me informed of changes, easy staff to get on with. Easy to make changes when needed. Very supportive company, and staff.

April care provide respite cover and regular home visits associated with my mother's health requirements. The ladies who attended to my mothers needs are always kind, considerate and very professional in carrying out their duties. Also, whenever I have had a need to speak to the management team they have always been helpful, supportive and quickly address any issues, where possible. In conclusion, I don't usually respond to surveys, however, in this instance I feel obliged to give a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend April complete care solutions. Thank you.
