This care company and I use care as loosely as possible are absolutely horrendous. Most of the carers have no respect no conversation and no people skills what so ever, they argue between themselves in mums home. The office are not interested in communication with family we have had 3 safeguarding
issues over the last few months leaving bed sides down, doors wide open and unlocked and other issues to name a few.
They send a rota of carers on a Saturday/ Sunday and by Monday change the whole thing round without any explanation.
They refuse to communicate or offer any explanation to emails and questions asked.

I appreciate how my carer has taken the challenges with me. Sometimes I have anxiety and my carer calms me down by her calm talking skills and communication. I feel safe, happy and comfortable around her. I feel my carer can help me to remain calm whilst going out into the community. I look forward
to seeing my carer with her positive attitude all through her call. I have a request for my carer to become my permanent carer for my home care as well as community participation activities. Thank you.

I have just joined Caremark one week now I must say the carers are very polite and kind and they have been helpful through my hardtimes. The team are very helpful always willing to go extra miles to ensure I am very well taken care of. They also keep me company cat with me, and take good care of me,
they treat me with dignity and respect especially during my personal care, always leave the environment tidy. I will recommend Caremark to anyone.

If I could award Caremark 10 stars, I would quite happily do that. The care and compassion my mother has received from her carers has been exemplary and I cannot praise them enough. Nothing at all was ever too much trouble for them and they never ever left without asking if there was anything else
they could do to help.
These carers deserve medals for the work and help they provide and they have definitely made my life much easier by their presence. They have almost become part of the family and I would have no hesitation of welcoming them into my home at any time. Their professionalism and advice has been invaluable to me during the period I have been caring for my mother from mid-August 2024 to the present day.

My mother is happy and satisfied with the service overall. Staff and management both are good and easy to approach. My mum has mental health issues and her medication makes her quite tired and sleepy. Her satisfaction means a lot to us. Thank you for your help.

I cannot praise Caremark enough. One certain member of staff is absolutely amazing and has always gone above and beyond in every aspect of care for my Mum. Another is amazing too. She keeps me updated on everything and always makes herself available if I need anything.

We have been using Caremark twice a day to support my 94-year-old uncle since July 2023. Their care staff have been instrumental in meeting both his needs and mine as I live nearly 300 miles away. By that, I mean that the care staff are very tuned in to the best way of dealing with him, aiding his
requirements, his cleanliness, and his safety.
In addition, for me the “app” system they have where I can log in and see each action the carer has undertaken during their visit is invaluable both in terms of keeping abreast of his life on a daily basis plus immediately knowing if there are problems!
The supervisor is superb in her fast response to any communication or request no matter what time or day of the week and the office staff are always helpful in dealing with requests.
One of the best things is that he has been allocated a stable number of carers whom he now knows well.

Always a phone call away if I have any problems dad has the same two carers which helps with him having dementia he loves the chats with them and he gets to go out twice a week which his carer never complains about and is willing to take him anywhere excellent care provider we have been with care

Caremark has been providing care for my mother which has benefited my mother and myself. They have a team of professionals who visit and tailor the care for my mother's needs. They are professionals in their approach and have built a good working relationship with my mother and family.

We are writing to say a big thank you to all those involved in caring for him over the past 4 years. Without your care we would not have been able to comply with his wish to remain at home. We were very pleased with the service that you provided, especially towards the end when it wasn’t always easy
with the double shifts and his changing needs and behaviour. He became very fond of most of his carers and it was good that you provided the same carers wherever possible so providing continuity of care.
Throughout, we have felt able to contact you with any issues and confident that you would address any concerns.

My father had bowel cancer then came under the care of Caremark after a period of time in hospital. He became bed bound and had limited movement, meaning he required changing, cleaning and on occasion feeding.
The care he received from Caremark in the last three weeks of his life was dignified and
respectful. The carers provided him the care he needed and constantly provided us, the family, updates on how our father was doing. On one occasion the carers called the ambulance service due to concerns around my father's breathing patterns, this showed me there was a high degree of caring.
Unfortunately, on my father's passing it was the carers who witnessed it. They were extremely professional, calm and dignified when dealing with what they were confronted with.
On behalf of my father, myself and my family I would like to extend our wholehearted thanks for assisting in the care of our father in his last days. Many thanks.

I would just like to say how wonderful the carers are who look after my dad, no job too small, if I have any problems I can phone the field care supervisor who is like a magician and sorts it out straight away. Honestly it’s the best decision we made, they hold a special place in my heart, I have
nothing but praise for them all.

The care staff are providing an excellent service to my uncle despite his health related problems and his often intransigence. They show excellent patience in trying circumstances. They will need these qualities even more as his condition deteriorates.
