I explained to the care manager and care coordinator what my dad’s needs are and how the care package from the agency was important. The manager was very understanding, he was honest from the start about what the agency could offer and up to now, they have fulfilled all my dad’s care needs. I am
delighted with the care provided, the staff have most definitely got a good understanding of dementia and they are extremely patient with my dad. I could not ask for anything more. I am really pleased with the support from Alphacare! Thank you to all staff that is currently supporting my dad, we are most grateful for your care and support!

Alphacare provided care for my Dad for 2 1/2 years. My Dad recently passed away, I called Alphacare to notify them of my dad passing I spoke to a member of the office staff. To date Alphacare have not acknowledged my Dad passing, we have not received any letter or phone call of condolence from
Alphacare. As a family, we find this a complete lack of empathy and inhuman seeing Alphacare cared for him for so long. The Alphacare Management team should be ashamed of themselves.
