After 3 years of 1 to 1 residential care, and a succession of carers. I find now aspect scoring less than "excellent" throughout. Every carer has adapted to looking after an obstinate centenarian (or near-centenarian) with seamless continuity, so far makes a five star throughout.

We have had excellent service from the agency. All carers have looked after our mother with charm and compassion. Carolyn, current carer has been brilliant with mum, and at all times professional and caring. We would recommend the company.

Our family have used Always Take Care to care full time for our mother (now 91). We have found them to be very conscientious in their approach to finding the best carers for our mother. We have a secure rota in place, and the wellbeing of our mother is always first and foremost. As a family this
presents valuable security and peace of mind.

I can not praise this company enough, from when they first started in March they transformed my parents care, it was amazing how quickly they adapted to live in help which is down to the lovely staff who are so caring and understanding.
There are many benefits including lovely home cooked fresh
meals.

I have now used Always Take Care for a number of years and find it difficult to find fault. Most carers have been wonderful with one or two exceptional ones. I feel you take care in fitting the carer to the client. The only carer that I found unsatisfactory you exchanged for another with the
greatest tact and expediency for which I was extremely grateful. As far as I was concerned with no ill feelings on either side. During this Covid pandemic, I have been impressed with the care you take of your carers. I well know how grateful they are to feel they are “being looked after” themselves. As already entered I would have no hesitation in recommending Always Take Care to any of my friends.

My wife is disabled following a stroke. We tried to manage with live-out care, but it was disruptive to have so many different carers in a day. It is much better for my wife, and reassuring for me, to know that we have just one carer who really knows and understands our needs. When our carer has
been on holiday the agency has found a very suitable temporary cover. We enjoy living our own life in our own home.

Always Take Care has provided me with carers for more than three years and I have been very pleased with their performance, as an organisation they are efficient and always react positively to my requests. The carers that they have sent to me have been very kind and have done a great job.

I want to congratulate you on your choice of carers. When we first called you a carer arrived, full of confidence, bounce and humour. She was just what my husband needed to perk him up. As she left and his health was on the decline another carer arrived. Quiet, caring, gave him all the special
attention he needed. As this carer left (on the same day that he passed) another carer arrived. She was just who I needed to take care of me. She gave me great comfort with pampering, special meals, humour and prayed with me. Very well done!

Always Take Care have been providing carers for my aunt for over 2 years. The agency has been extremely helpful and easy to deal with and I am particularly grateful to the manager for her support and wise advice. All my aunt's carers have been dedicated, kind, trustworthy and professional but we
have had more than our share of amazing, exceptional people who have gone beyond our expectations. They have done so much to improve my aunt's quality of life. She is beautifully looked after; treated with respect and dignity as well as great gentleness. This is not a straightforward posting and Always Take Care have been outstanding in the practical support and wise advice provided; nothing seems too much trouble. The manager has taken a proactive approach to the Covid 19 crisis and has issued sensible, clear guidelines which have been carefully followed by the carers. The carers themselves have gone above and beyond what we could have asked to keep my aunt and the rest of her household safe.

Everyone at ATC has been amazing. Throughout the whole process, at every stage, myself and my family experienced such a wholesome desire and willingness to help that the carers and the office team felt part of an extended family !
He adored his carers and his desire to stay at home was only made
possible by those special people who came into his life and looked after him over three very happy years.
The importance of having a carer for longer periods of time is immense, a fortnightly 'turn around' [as promoted by other care companies] would have been immensely destabilising for my father.
I imagine it is a very awkward decision to make, in deciding on who to invite into your home, but quite simply ATC were life-changing for my father, and for our whole family as we took immense comfort from knowing we could genuinely trust them all. Everyone was truly compassionate, patient, fun and they really, really did - right until my dear father's last day. Always Take Care.

I contacted Always Take Care in 2008 to arrange for 2 carers at home for my elderly aunt, who had been severely disabled by a stroke and was suffering from dementia. For the next 7 years, she received superb care - all carers were reliable, kind, understanding and professional and always welcoming
to visiting friends and family. Contact with the office was always easy. As a result, my aunt was able to enjoy a quality of life at home that would never have been possible elsewhere. I would highly recommend this agency.

I have used, Always Take Care, 4 times over the last 8 years, for both my parents and two neighbours who were very close friends of mine. The service and care provided was excellent in all respects. Highly recommended, I will definitely use them myself when I need home care.

As a client of Always Take Care for the past four years I feel qualified to highly recommend their services for any person in need of competent live in care. I have suffered with Parkinson's Disease for the past twenty-one years, as a result, my mobility is seriously impaired along with other
debilitating side effects, necessitating constant assistance.
My wife and I were recommended to contact Always Take Care by an existing client of theirs, which has proven to be an absolute blessing.
