APT CARE has been improving it's standard from what I can see. The communication between ourselves and the staff also seems to be improving and long may it continue. I am still waiting for additional feedback from my brother and sister in law and will let you know of any further information given to me.

Very kind , reliable , caring uplifting carers . Always such a warm welcome in the morning . Show genuine care for the patient . Listened and were responsive to our request to move the visit to later in the morning .

I am fully satisfied with the care that we received from APT care. Carers are wonderful, they are on time, do their job nicely for my father. No concerns. I would like to mention one of the office staff Rubana who always hands on whatever we raise any concerns. She was friendly for the assessment and handling care needs.

Since my father in law returned from his last bout of illness in hospital in March, he has been bed bound and requires 3 X2 people per day to help look after him. The help and assistant they have have him could not have been better. They take a great deal of care and attention in looking after him and they always treat him as a human being and always talk to him. His needs are complex, not only his he bed bound, he must be 20 stone in weight and a dead weight, he also has a stoma and a catheter to be managed. If the staff are delayed they always ring us and let know when they're likely to arrive. The people who look after him Im sure you'll be able find these for us and please thank them as well. Regards

I would like to comment about father, the usual carers they all great, excellent and they treat father with respect and love , especially one lady she is amazing we are so lucky to have her looking after father, she have a heart of gold I really feel that father in good hands when she is around They all make father feel loved and have more than one daughter Thank you all

I have been relying on this company for a few years and find them diligent, friendly, efficient and helpful. They do their jobs excellently, sometimes under difficult circumstances. Nothing is too much and their cups of tea are marvellous. 3 staff members in particular 10/10

We've had a wonderful experience with APT Care Ltd. The caregivers have been compassionate, professional, and incredibly attentive to my mother's needs. They treated her with kindness and respect, and it gave our family great peace of mind knowing she's in such capable hands. We're truly grateful for the exceptional care and support they provided.

I am receiving care from APT for more than one year, I am fully satisfied with the company and carers, they come regularly, they all go above and beyond. They all help me in things I can't do.

Carers turn up promptly each day and are very efficient and caring. My brother is very pleased as he has the same carer each morning who chats to him and makes him feel well cared for. Breakfast is dealt with efficiently

my mother is about 90 years of age Apt care looking after my mother. i am very happy with their services Hope they continue best of their ability they always on agreed time. my mother is very satisfy with all the carers.

Carers are helpful and friendly. Respectful of our home. Converse well with the patient to ensure his needs are met. Very happy with this service. The Co ordinator handled the appointments in a very professional manner.

I find APT both trustworthy and above all efficient in their delivery of my mother's (living with dementia) daily healthcare needs. They act respectfully towards my mother and also show respect in her living area. For the most part they keep regular times and always inform me if on occasion they may arrive a little later. They are always cheerful and communicate well with my mother.

My wife has been receiving care from APT Care for nearly a year. The carers have been very helpful and friendly, especially the afternoon and evening team. We are both very happy with the care that my wife has received.

The carers are very helpful and attentive, they never fail to put a smile on my father's face. They are also very respectful to me and my family and communicate efficiently in regards to my father's care.

Ì have been receiving care from APT staff for nearly 6 months. I am generally pleased with the care I have received. It's a shame I can't name names as I do feel there is a difference. My regular morning team work so well together (almost telepathic!) Others throughout the day I would love to post by name.

We have frequent carers of APT for my wife. They are both very careful handling her as she bruises easily. She enjoys their good sense of humour and teach each other new words in their respective languages often. They are both professional, kind and courteous and carry out the early morning call which is the important one as it involves body and hair washes and they leave her feeling refreshed and comfortable for the rest of the day.

We have had APT Care since she came out of hospital in January. We have been really pleased with the excellent care provided by your company. We have generally had the same carers but also due to days off and holiday coverage the replacement carers have been excellent as well. One lady has covered several times and we have found her very helpful courteous respectful and done everything we have asked her to assist us. We would recommend APT as a well-run and very helpful company.

We have a great team of carers that come to my friend for her needs especially four of the ladies. They come a good distance to deliver her care and it's very much appreciated what they have to do and put up with.
