View Full Details of Ashley Community Care Services LtdWhen assessment was action , I felt they where asking all relevant questions and would be helpful for the carers when visiting my mother , but unfortunately I have found that when giving my medication eg pain relief hasn't documented either on the carers tablet or providing to myself so I knew what pain relief she had taken until I put my own spread sheet together for carer to complete on each visit. Also when carer ask me if she had dementia, I asked don't youknow ? Which concerned me so had contact office to ask if carers knew they advised it's not shown on their tablet which I find very strange as cares should know what their patient has to give them the correct care. It seem strange that day mention that I was concerned the amount knowledge the carers had a folder was delivered with in depth information about my mum, history of her health and her liked and dislike where !!!! Otherwise I have found the carers very pleasant and caring towards my mother and myself.
We can't thank everyone at Ashleigh Care enough for their help and support with mum over the past few months. In particular, two people were absolutely amazing when it came to communicating with Ashleigh Care and all of your carers who cared for mum were amazing. So helpful, considerate and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all so much for everything you have done.
I would like to personally thank the carers for the amazing care they have provided for my dad over the past 8 weeks they have showed my dad kindness and dignity at all times. They have listened to my dad at all times and listened to the family their care has made my dad's rehabilitation so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. I was so worried that having carers in my dad's home would be a hard pill to swallow but knowing that both are there feels me with confidence and takes a lot of the worry away. If anyone ever asked me about dads carers I would 100% tell them to look into Ashley care and name both the carers, they really are worth their weight in gold.
Ashley Care has been such a great help to us, firstly looking after our dad and now mum. They are so kind and thoughtful and have always shown such care. Nothing is too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them.
The Ashley Care team have been wonderful. They have provided an attentive, personal and genuinely caring service for my dad. His regular carer has been so flexible and made sure that Dad’s care happened seamlessly by communicating with other professionals involved in his care. She also made sure that I had the information to support Dad from afar to make arrangements or order items that were needed. I cannot praise her highly enough. The office team have always been helpful when I have called them, so a big thank you to the whole team.
