Overwhelmingly positive. My wife has reached a stage where she becomes extremely anxious in my absence but she recognizes and likes the carers running the day-care sessions . She routinely frowns or grumbles that I am planning to be elsewhere as we travel to the centre but when she sees a familiar
face she smiles and goes off happily.
She likes most of the other clients, but can be a bit intolerant in describing her experience to me afterwards. She never recalls what she did or ate, but never fails to mention this or that grumpy person! I have to bite my tongue and not observe that I have lots of experience of a grumpy soul at home..

We use Betamindes because of the wonderful care and consideration given to my sister-in-law in enabling her to stay in her own home. My sister-in-law had a severe stroke and needs four visits per day to get her up in the morning and put her to bed at night. The other two visits are for vitals.
Betamindes staff are on time respectful and do a wonderful job caring for her and making her day bright & cheerful.

Mum likes all the carers from Betamindes. She feels safe and cared for when they are with her. I have always found them very courteous, helpful and great with Mum. It's great to see her have a giigled with them.

When Mum's needs changed suddenly, Betamindes were my first port of call because they had been recommended to us by a friend. Care was arranged quickly by the management team and the carers quickly became friends. They have always treated Mum with the ultimate care and respect as well as offering
support and a friendly ear to the rest of the family. Betamindes provides regular reviews to ensure we remain happy with the service and they also carry out frequent competency assessments so that the quality of care is maintained. We would definitely recommend Betamindes to others.

Betamindes are generally receptive, listen to the client or client's representative concerns and when and where practicable, will action such concerns, including amendments to the client's care plan.
Whilst not perfect, improvements could be made - proactive communications, for example, Betamindes
are professional and adopt, through diligence, staff aptitude and conscientiously applied procedure, a good client relationship. Engendering a degree of trust, confidence and peace of mind.

Excellent service from Betamindes the staff are very friendly and helpful at the office and the ladies who come out to Mum are very caring towards Mum from washing Mum to getting her breakfast they are kind towards her and easy to talk to very pleased with the help we get and put my mind at rest
when I pop home for a few days.

The staff are incredibly kind and caring. When Mum comes home she is a different, more interactive person.

I am wife to my husband who used Betamindes from December 2022. He had a very good relationship with the carers and had chats that made him feel that they cared. They kept him clean and tidy, kept him feeling as though he was a human being and as his wife I would advise anybody to employ Betamindes
for safe care.

My partner arrives home happy and smiling "Yes I've had a good day and lovely food". All the staff are so kind to everyone.
With me not being at Betamindes, I have no idea what he is like whilst he's there but there seem to be no problems!

Two members of staff made themselves available when we were first considering Betaminde's care for Dad and in subsequent calls. They demonstrated compassion and experience in dementia care. Another member of staff was very helpful in the transition to full-time residential care. Dad seems to have
been well looked after, but more frequent updates and contact with the carers would have been welcome.

The staff and carers at Betamindes have always and continue to, provide excellent support for my dad. The carers I have personally interacted with have always been professional in their approach and very reliable.

I am so very proud and happy that Mum receives the best of care from a dedicated trustworthy and genuinely happy staff that are Betamindes. Thank you for everything you do.
Nothing is too much trouble as they encourage support and give confidence to Mum and others and always with a warm smile.
Equally, the channel of communication is excellent with the family regarding any correspondence and events either on a one-to-one basis or through other methods.
Safety and meeting the needs of all is absolutely at the top of their priorities which gives the family great peace of mind and total reassurance.
They offer such a wide, interesting and varied day with wonderful guests including dog therapy, musicians, art and craft, the church and so much more.
The diligent service that is provided including wonderful lunches well one could not ask for anything more.
Best of luck in your continued success and kind regards to all your amazing staff.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They are caring, friendly and helpful to all. Betamindes provide a safe and happy environment for vulnerable people. I have complete peace of mind while my wife is in their care.

My husband was very resistant to the thought of daycare. At the end of his first visit, he came back full of enthusiasm. The staff were all 'lovely' and he had met with 2 other engineers and they had been swapping life stories over a game of dominoes.
Sometimes he was happy just to sit and read a
book, but he was always safe and well looked after, and every time he went, he came back with his spirits lifted. Cannot thank the daycare team enough.

Mum was very happy with her carers and grew very fond of them. She appreciated everything they do for her, especially her regular afternoon/evening carer who had the bedroom routine off to a fine art. As I live 80 miles away and this always gives me peace of mind. The carer's online visit reports
were also invaluable.

We would like to thank all the staff who have helped and supported our mother over the last 18 months. They have been at all times professional, considerate and caring. Our mother enjoyed her time here and we would recommend it to anyone considering this service as an option. Many thanks.
