Bluebird Care have been supporting my mother since last summer. They are caring and reliable. Both the staff and the management team are very flexible in their approach - which gives me added confidence knowing that whatever unexpected surprises there are it will be manageable between us. Having
visits from the same carers also ensures that my mother feels comfortable and reassured as everyone knows the routine. Engaging home care is a big step for everyone - the initial visit and conversation to understand exactly what we wanted was incredibly helpful - he explained that care was tailored to what we wanted rather than 'planned offer'. I can confidently recommend Bluebird Care

A reliable and caring service. Extra requests for Carer assistance have always been provided. Pleasantly.
Carers are efficient and well trained. In my experience they meet a range of needs, are friendly and courteous.
I am very happy with the service provided by Bury Bluebird.

We have had a variety of carers over our first two weeks with Bluebird. They have all been lovely & have taken good care of my husband in the mornings when they get him up, washed & dressed & help him from bedroom to bathroom & then to the lounge where he has his special chair. Similarly the reverse
happens in the evenings. Bluebird don't come cheap but from our first experiences, they are worth it

Great care for my 92 year old aunt with failing memory. I am the closest relative but live over an hour distant. We wanted to provide her with the reassurance that all was well with her and that the basics (food, shopping, laundry) were covered and also that she had another friendly face to see
between my fortnightly visits. The Bluebird Team were super at listening to my aunt and helping her make the transition to having carers easy. This is allowing her to live independently rather than in residential care. Thank you.

I have been very pleased with the professional approach of Bluebird. The manager has spent time reviewing the care provided with my parents, listened and responded to their asks. The carers are friendly and approachable. They are consistent and have provided appropriate care whilst also
supporting my parents mobility.

My experience of Blue Bird in virtually every respect has been. Staff have been sympathetic, efficient and friendly. The care worker who comes to our house has been excellent. She goes about her work briskly. We really find her a godsend.

On the whole we are happy with the service provided. The main carer for Mum is very good and a great help. There have been ocassions when the carer hasn't been available and replacements have been sent. This hasn't always worked for Mum and it has now been agreeded that I will be contacted if the
carer isn't available. The management have always been available and happy to help.

For the past few months but in particular the recent weeks towards the end of her life all the carers showed my mother great care and kindness. Because of their professionalism, knowledge and compassion we were able to keep my mother at home as she wanted. All the carers I met, the support staff and
management are friendly and approachable. As you would expect with a care company some carers are better than others but overall I would say the standard is very good and would not hesitate in recommending them.

We were lucky to have Bluebird Care for 3 years. Over that period Mum built up strong bonds with many of her carers and those carers were absolutely wonderful with Mum particularly during the last 3 months where she needed additional care. I was very touched that in Mums final days the carers were
so kind to both myself and Mum, they sat and spoke gently to Mum and held her hand, they looked after her personal care with dignity and respect. The excellent care provided by Bluebird was confirmed for me when I was given overnight care by the council i Mums final days, it was terrible, I had to ask one of the carers to leave such was the lack of care and respect. Bluebird thank you, you were wonderful, professional, caring and beautiful people, I shall miss you all x

We started getting Bluebird carers in a couple of months ago to help mum prepare her lunch, check she's taken her medication, tidy up the kitchen and wash any breakfast pots and have a little chat with her.
They have all arrived around the time agreed and not let us down. They use the key safe to
let themselves in and so far this is working well for mum.
If in the future she needs more help, we won't hesitate to increase the hours with them.
Thank you, your service has taken some of the pressure off, knowing you are keeping an eye on her.

Care in the morning for my wife is excellent. We have the same lady most mornings. The care in the PM not quite as good as there are lots of different staff.

From start to finish Bluebird has been a very caring and professional service which has catered for all my mother's needs. The carers were fantastic with my mother and were thoughtful and kind as well as reliable. I thoroughly recommend the service.

Since using Bluebird Care as my care provider, I can honestly say that they are brilliant. All the girls are excellent at their job in providing a confident service in making what can be a difficult situation into a pleasant and friendly exchange between client and carer. Nothing is too much, at my
morning call they will assist me with a shower, wash and blow dry my hair, dress me and then wash and dry any pots, mop the floors and hoover. They even interact with my pet dog.
