It is the lovely caring attitude that all the Bluebird Carers show my mum that I am particularly impressed with. One carer stayed an extra 30 mins one day this week as mum had a little "accident" going to the toilet and did not leave until everything was clean and tidy. They also seem to have a good
laugh with her according to the notes they leave and I find this very cheering. When I ask her about the carers she always says they are lovely and that she feels safe with them.

Today while visiting my sister-in-law the staff Member of Blue Bird Care was present carrying out her duties in a very professional, confidential and caring polite manner. I left feeling happy that family was so well cared for.

At last we seem to have a settled group of carers which makes a big difference as they know my wife' routine and special needs. Of the carers, one is excellent, the majority are very good with one adequate.

We have used Bluebird North for a number of years to care for both Mum and Dad, who suffer with severe dementia. Sadly my dad passed away recently and BB were fantastic. The management and carers couldn't do enough.

Mum has severe dementia and has previously refused all care assistance from family.
My dad was also reluctant to accept care however the main two carers that turn up have had such a wonderful positive outcome on mums wellbeing and dad loves having a chat with them

I have been very satisfied with my care from Bluebird Care Leeds North. My carer is always prompt, even though having to travel by public transport. I can depend on her to provide the care needed for my comfort and safety. She is reliable which is a definite asset.

The change in timing for visits appears to be working well. The Bluebird now helps Mum with her evening meal. Mum is adjusting to the new arrangements and the meal delivery service. Mum is now having 2 visits a day - one from the meal provider and one from the Bluebird. Mum is getting increasingly
forgetful and needs more support with household tasks.

Very good communication through the online record of visits and phone calls if carers are concerned about anything.
All carers are friendly, helpful, and sympathetic.
My mother-in-law has visits from many different carers and at different times each day, which may not be convenient or helpful for
some people's needs.

Excellent service provided by Bluebird Care.
All the carers who attend are very pleasant and professional.
The client has dementia and is bedridden and can be difficult to deal with (mood swings) sometimes however she always responds well to one carer who treats her with empathy and dignity. He
has built a lovely rapport with her and she's always in a good mood when he leaves!
Close family use the online application to monitor her care - again, this is very good as notes are uploaded after every visit.
The staff are very approachable and are always helpful in discussing and agreeing our needs and any changes to the service they provide.
Very happy customer.

Bluebird Care has been absolutely fantastic in helping my parents come home from hospital. They were so proactive, helpful, kind, organised and practical in organising the house so that a live-in carer could move in, allowing my parents to come home. I can't praise them enough. The live-in carers
are fantastic. My mum is thriving now. My dad is coming home tomorrow and the carer will take care of both of them. It takes a huge weight off my mind as I live 200 miles away. I'm really grateful to the team at Bluebird.

Bluebird have been visiting my partner on a weekly basis. They take him out walking to the local cafés. My partner always enjoys these visits. The carers are very attentive to his needs. I am very happy with the service provided. The carers are very professional, kind and thoughtful. I highly

At very short notice, Bluebird Care were able to offer the support I required following a knee replacement operation. This comprised l hour per day and was not personal care or meal provision but rather compensating for my temporary loss of mobility on a short-term basis e.g. fetching prescriptions/
shopping/transporting items up and down stairs/vacuuming the carpets etc. This is the third occasion that Bluebird have assisted in post-operative care and have always been very reliable - even this December in the run-up to Xmas when there was a great deal of flu about and their staffing was reduced by illness and seasonal holidays. Many thanks.

Happy with service. Maybe could be updated when changes are made to the routine as I think you have reduced the amount of time the carers help my dad to shower. This may well be on his request however we arrange homecare to encourage him to shower more often.

I am very pleased, and I am very happy with Bluebird. I would recommend Bluebird to all my friends and family. Good value for money, you get what you pay for. I enjoy the care I get from Bluebird, they treat me very nicely and they treat me with dignity and they are very friendly.

Bluebird provide excellent care for my dad. He was recently very poorly and couldn't attend his booked respite placement. I had cancelled his regular visits from Bluebird for the respite week but they very kindly slotted him back in with his twice daily visits which was so kind and caring and such a
relief.
Management and carers offer wonderful support and understanding. Bluebird Care is consistently excellent.
