The service provided by all the Care 2 U staff is second to none. Until today we have only used the daytime planned service, having to use the emergency service has also gone beyond our expectations.
The service delivered is exceptional, and efficient and consideration is given to all the
individual needs of the client, giving them time, patience, understanding, and expert knowledge.
We would not think twice about recommending them to others.
Care 2 U has definitely been our guardian angel, making the hard times easier for us all.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone concerned in the care of my friend's husband. His care is quite complex, but the carers are so caring, and compassionate to his needs and dignity. They also give my friend comfort and confidence knowing her husband is safe and treated with utmost
respect and dignity. God bless you all.

On the whole, very competent carers. Senior carers extremely good. Management easy to contact and very competent and reassuring.

Our recent experience with Care 2 U has been a very positive one with very kind and helpful staff and the company has been able to provide the care at times that suits my father. They are just a phone call away twenty-four hours a day for any help or advice.

Care 2 U have provided the utmost respect and empathy towards our mum, who has vascular dementia. They have shown resilience with her, and their duty of care is of the utmost. We would highly recommend the company. The carers have gone above and beyond to understand our mum and meet her needs which
could be quite challenging at times. Overall, the company is managed exceptionally, and the management is always there for you to give support and help you through the challenging journey of dementia.

The staff are very polite and helpful, empathetic and we are able to contact out of hours. At very short notice they were able to return back to caring after a hospitalisation despite the fact the care needed had doubled and they had no information from the hospital.

When I need to amend hours due to hospital appointments, I ring up and it is processed, also, if staff are late out of hours, they ring back to inform of situation.
The carers are kind and try to help with my husband's ongoing, changing needs.

I have had dealings with Care 2 U for more than a decade now. Care 2 U has some of the best carers who are well trained and are thoroughly professional. I am indebted to them for life as they looked after both my parents. I couldn’t have managed without Care 2 U. God bless the care manager and his

Care 2 U Ltd is so much better than the more expensive franchise agency mom used to have.
Mom is 91yrs old, partially sighted and almost deaf so life can be challenging.
We have been using Care 2 U Ltd for around 18mths, I only wish we'd found them earlier.
She has her regular ladies (not an
endless stream of new faces) who ensure that everything is clean, tidy and safe, they are kind and considerate and will always go above and beyond what is expected of them, this is a sign of good management and a happy workforce.
The ladies and the office staff are highly professional and were able to provide care at extremely short notice when I was let down.
Couldn't be happier and can't recommend them highly enough.

My husband has been under the care of Care 2 U carers for a year now. When carers first came in it was to assist with showering and dressing. Over this time my husband's condition has worsened and now we have two carers visiting four times a day. I wanted to let everyone know that the care and
professional help we have received from the carers in Aldridge has been outstanding. These ladies have a real rapport with both of us: and now my husband is in 'end of life' care, he is able to be in his own home - thanks to these wonderful carers. Thank you Care 2 U.

We have been using Care 2 U for my mums care for almost 9 years. In this time we have been very happy with the carers that come into her home. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always punctual. During the recent snowy weather, all of her calls have been attended.
