I couldn't imagine having any better care for my dad than from Care Response. They've been looking after my dad at home for the last 12 months, and there is a notable difference in efficiency, quality and care compared to the previous company he had. Their communication with the family is personal and detailed and ongoing for as much or as little is needed. The carers (who I know have been with them several years - which says a lot in itself) are always kind and caring and the management really care too, and have gone the "extra mile" on several occasions, at short notice sometimes. I couldn't imagine my dad being cared for by anyone else now. He is very happy with the quality of his care as our family is too. His deteriorating health has been challenging for everyone this year and without their support I don't know where we would be. I can highly recommend them. You may find slightly cheaper care agencies, but they won't be as professional and caring as Care Response.
From the start my experience with Care Response has been positive. I have the same team of ladies who visit me four times a day and over this time they know what to do and look after me with care and professionalism. If they are delayed with a previous client on the rare occasion this happens I always get a call to let me know they will be running a little bit late. Having these ladies caring for me takes a lot of pressure off my wife and ensures that I can be looked after in our home. I am 75 years old and was gainfully employed as an engineer for 50 years, so I have very specific views on what needs to happen and in which order. All my carers always deliver on this and always ask if I have everything I need. I get an email every week with the upcoming weeks visits, with name of careers and time of visit. The ladies are always smiling and we talk and laugh together. With careers coming into your home it is very important that you know and trust them just like your own family.
