Very good no problems

In almost every respect our residence at The Meadows meets what we expected in a retirement environment. The bungalow quality is excellent and in many respects there is a near holiday atmosphere. Above all the care assistance by the ladies is superb. In some aspects of the grounds management require
nagging to get a required result. Energy costs should be lower.

I have lived here 14 years and found all the carers and all the staff caring. Luckily I have not needed them up to now but in the future I might. I would be very pleased to have them.

My wife Judy and I love living here since September 2024. I am fully mobile but my wife is in a wheelchair. We are both very pleased with the support that we receive from Care South. We have no criticisms.

I only use the care once a fortnight to help with housekeeping. It seems to work well. It would be nice to have the same person each time.

A carer comes to me every Wednesday morning for domestic duties that I am unable to manage myself.

Care South provide a consistent service that meets my father's needs. They are reliable and deal with his changing needs in a friendly way. The carers who visit are always upbeat showing genuine interest in my father but remain professional at all times. My father looks forward to their visits
and it has transformed both his, and my, morning routine allowing him to start his day the right way.

Care South have been caring for my dad for a few years now and I can honestly say they are amazing , very very helpful honest and caring , nothing is too much trouble , they go above and beyond , my dad loves them for their hard work and great company , we would be lost without these lovely people ,
my dad is desperate to stay at home , and this is only possible with the help and dedication of the Care South team , I have the deepest respect for these lovely caring people , if you are thinking of a loved one needing carers , do not hesitate , you will not regret having Care South !

As I live over 200 miles away I rely on the carers to help and support my Mum.
The carers are reliable and are always friendly when I speak to them on the phone.
The head office team respond quickly to any communication and help me resolve any issues that arise whether it's picking up medication
or taking Mum to appointments.
