My mum is very happy with the care she has been given by Caremark carers. They all are on time and my mum is very close with them. Caremark try and provide same carer so mum is more relaxed.

I am more than satisified wtih the carer that comes to look after my son. Nothing is too much trouble. She goes above and beyond and I know he is in safe hands.

We are very happy of the level of service we have received from Caremark. They deal with all queries promptly. The carers are very punctual, lively, happy, friendly and very accommodating to do all activities. We are very happy overall and we couldn't be happier.

My family has had a really good experience with the care we have received. The carer is always so lovely and helpful. He has greatly improved my dads quality of life and has been wonderful for his mental health to have someone sit and talk and help with anything he needs.

We are very happy with all care provided by Caremark. Led by the brilliant Tara and the many carers that support her, they ensure Mum can live in comfort and have as high a quality of life as can be expected. The challenges are multifaceted and complex but all managed, most of them proactively: They
include preventing and treating Mum's list of UTI's, an ever-present challenge. This means every carer in the team ensures Mum drinks every 15 minutes. Her continence care is a large part of this meaning over 6 changes per day and more recently maintaining her airways by keeping her neck upright is an added complication Tara and the team manage. Thank you all.

My mum is very comfortable with the carers. They communicate very well with mum, she is very happy with them. The care given to mum is very good by the carers. She has regular carers daily which helps mum.

I like both my carers. The man does the vacuuming and the washing up and the lady makes a nice meal. Puts the washing machine on and hangs up the washing. They both support me very well.
