I like both my carers. The man does the vacuuming and the washing up and the lady makes a nice meal. Puts the washing machine on and hangs up the washing. They both support me very well.

Most (all) carers come on time and they fulfill their duties in a kindly manner. They look after my mother very well, and answers our questions when we ask them. Caremark delivers the service and listens to their clients. Keep up the good work. They are reachable on the phone when we have queries.

I have been with Caremark for about 5 years, and I've been happy with them. they really care, and if the usual carer can't make it for one day, they replace her with another one.

Both live in carers are friendly, efficient and helpful. There is never any problem with change over from one to the other. The visiting carers are also very good and friendly.
